Their hotel assets are in at cost and therefore not revalued.

Yup, nowhere near the kind appreciation in their fixed assets as opposed to the housing market in general over the last 5 years.

Yes, seems to be doing ok this one. Never going to set the world on fire, but it's a very solid asset play with a good dividend. I suspect their hotels are worth a bit more than they are in the books at! Happy to hold. Very encouraging that they are buying the last 3 Grace Hotels as well.

Boosted the dividend again, which is good 2 c, don't see much happening with CYC that is as good as this overlooked share
