Yes, results could be anytime soon. They have been at the start of June for the last couple of years, but could be earlier this year given they haven't got re-financing worries. Hoping for a nominal dividend for last year.

I decided to increase my holding today as we are now out of the swap and feel £1.10 is easily achievable in the not too distant future.

Yes, j smart and co ,SMJ ,also made a sudden move recently, that's well under book value.Both stocks I watched and waiting for the lower price that didn't come!, aww shucks.

Yes, all looking very positive. These have moved up much faster than I was expecting. Shows the power of a cyclical stock when things start moving in its favour!

PHO - The Midland Hotel, Bradford has just appeared on the BBC2 television programme 'Great British Railway Journeys' 4/20. Catch up on iPlayer. About 15 minutes in.

As well as the General Manager's cameo, he also has something positive to say about the Westfield project (as highlighted by playful above) in the Argus.



All good profile and backs up the small rise today. 8-)

Lanzarote666, I would agree with you that 20%+ is on the cards.

The manager at the Midland Hotel in Bradford has said things are looking much better and they are going to be a major beneficiary of the new Westgate shopping centre which is being built over the road and let's not forget Tour de France which is sure to fill our Yorkshire hotels to capacity:
