Well, that kept it about as simple as you could get it. Positively monosylabic. Well at least 'positively' though no doubt before exceptional one offs. Not sure that the sum of knowledge has been expanded.

That looks like a buy on the dip

Well, looks as though Mrs Swinstead certainly did. So she picks up nearly 1% of the company in the space of a month, a million shares. Hmmm.....

Can't make out these m/m's...
if they had to be scared into dopping so much on a mere 72k os sells...
how come they can find 252k's worth of stock and it never tickled the price higher....are they holding cheaper stock bought previously under covers??

Kemche, and team...sensible remarks ,we may have turned that corner.
During the last month some chunky buys were seen, perhaps being cautious
as to what they know, just slicing small,as not to breach rules...lets hope so.

The chart has us at a high not seen since last February, I believe tomorrow the 50 dma will cross the 150 dma,and by the end of week tomorrow we shall see the 150 passing the 200....so sit tight, don't sell, and good luck all...

From the 20" October until 20" November ,we are looking at a 50% rise,
7.8p to buy,and tomorrow could well be 11.8p opening offer

team, couldn't agree more with your conclusion. I suspect we may get one more set of "exceptionals" as a parting legacy gift from the PS era. Let's hope the new boys put a stop to all the shenanigans and steady the ship. There is a sound business underneath it all - we just need to see it made visible.

Seems to be a couple of big buyers PS & TW - the pertemps guy, also small PI's seem to be picking up small chunks - no obvious sellers and charts all look good.

If the new management team can deliver a solid update ( 2nd week Dec ) and be persuaded not to waste money ( then writing the costs off as 'non-recurring/exceptionals ), things maybe looking up.

If the new team can focus on the basics, and monetise some of the announcements made over the last 6-9 months such as :

1)2015 EBITDA same as 2014 = £1.6m, therefore H2 = £1.2m
2)Resources - Scottish Framework win Apr 2015 - activity seems to be coming
through in H2 based on their jobboard activity
3)Resources - GP Margin & contractor units increasing - see H1 investor
presentation
4)Solutions - MOD contract win £2m in first 2 years - announced Aug 15
5)Training - Northumbria Uni contract - announced Apr 15
6)£1m + pa cost saving effective in full by Jan 16 - Announced Sept 15
7)PS/PD - stepping down - Nov 15

Assuming no banana skins then they should be able to deliver good numbers for 2016. I'd expect EBITDA at £3m+. If the business is run soundly then this should translate quickly into cash rather than the embarrassingly obvious smoke & mirrors accounting we have had to put up with over the last few years

...wow..yes..amazing that I posted that Swinstead could not justify not stepping down....just hours before he did !!

My guess is that he wanted to book 2 days a week ..as per previous RNS....and keep taking the money and expenses.....and options..and have an easy time for 2 days a week..but..that some big investors told him they werent 'aving it and to get on his bike...!!....and hence the " stepping down " RNS
