15/6/2015 22:56 | Triad recently reported improved results in its professional business. Is that a good sign for Parity? | weatherman
12/6/2015 09:03 | diku ???? Or wrong board?? | inbrackets
12/6/2015 08:13 | Top secret 008!!... | diku
11/6/2015 13:54 | Interesting. Certainly the financials look exponential over the past two years. first mover advantage? As you say, Parity has potential for an interesting period ahead but boy, could we do with some hints that it is happening. | inbrackets
11/6/2015 12:53 | Perhaps the buying interest relates to comparisons being made between the so-called Supercommunications business and a company called Adgorithms(adgo) which has come to the market today on Aim with a market capitalisation of £82m.A reading of ADGO's prospectus clearly indicates that there is a massive market to exploit here.Let's hope that Parity has the talent and market lead to exploit the opportunity. Turning to the matter of a suggested disposal of the Professional Recruitment business,I learnt at the Agm that a disposal is not anticipated in the short term, although it is certainly on the cards once the business has achieved a reasonable level of profitability.Cost cutting is the order of the day here. A further interesting point confirmed was that there is no intention or need to raise extra capital at present. This company is now at a crossroads and the next 18 months could be quite interesting. | thorne1
10/6/2015 14:55 | Eye, some buying action? 4 trades, 3 buys, 1 sell, totalling less than an annual ISA allowance, even less net. I know it's more than recent history but it's hardly concerted and sustained pressure. One of these days hopefully but with the sun out and summer on its way....... | inbrackets
10/6/2015 14:29 | Some buying action today, maybe it'll take another charge at 10p and keep a bit of momentum. | +eysenck
10/6/2015 14:27 | Me thinks now that they have split up the 2 businesses one of the business will attract a possible bid....money could well be returned back to shareholders via a special divi...No Advice Intended.... | diku
09/6/2015 13:57 | See that Andy Law is tweeting Inition's virtues and looking to open possible doors to existing clients. That presumably would not happen until they were ready to take in paying customers and deliver. hopefully therefore they are ready to go and may be starting. | inbrackets
05/6/2015 14:04 | Another interesting link from the Supercomm Tweeter land via I don't doubt we are in a potentially explosive area at the start. As per article, there are obviously some that are being picked up at this point by the (current) majors. Appreciate that interims still a few months off but I keep wondering how things are going with Groupseer development and tie ups. Anyone any news? | inbrackets
01/6/2015 21:40 | Possibility of this getting taken over...people businesses are heading for consolidations....No Advice Intended... | diku
21/5/2015 13:56 | Interesting article in Money Morning today on 3D Printing and a look as to where we may be in the cycle. right or wrong, does it help with knowing where Inition is positioned or how they can develop an ongoing profitable income stream, no, not really. So not much has changed. | inbrackets
19/5/2015 20:48 | eysenk, putting 2 and 2 together I think that must surely be the eventual plan but as to how imminent it is who knows. | kemche
19/5/2015 17:42 | It seems like any momentum has dissipated and a constant stream of news is required for any strength(!) in the share price Does anyone reckon that the disposal of Professionals is something that is being worked on at the moment, or just some vague plan for the future? | +eysenck
11/5/2015 12:24 | Depends how the framework operates. Usually with a framework there is no guarantee of any work. Usually a tender exercise is undertaken between the suppliers on the framework and if u provide most economical advantageous tender (MEAT) then u will be awarded the contract. However frameworks can be lucrative particularly if the successful tenderer keeps on achieving the most MEAT so could end up with lion shares of the money.I am long term holder All in my opinion dyor | moomintu
11/5/2015 11:56 | The numbers aside, the real positive is that they are one of the preferred suppliers out of the eight that used to be involved. Bearing in mind the mantra of an end to austerity and progressive policies coupled with the likelihood of a briefly deferred second independence vote, it is something that will have a margin in and that they should be proud of. Should give them good access to graduate recruits etc from the raft of Scottish Unis, whether they are wanting to remain in Scotland or look to migrate southwards. | inbrackets
11/5/2015 11:17 | A cynic would think that the wording was deliberately opaque. | +eysenck
11/5/2015 10:08 | Personally, I don't see this as a pre placing pump, the recruitment part is not really likely to generate sufficient interest to boost the share price enough. At first glance though I thought that it was a solid, underpinning contract win, £33-40m, 3yr contract, extendable, 12-15% last years turnover with a blue chip, or is that woad chip, counterparty. Then I re-read, and I wondered whether the wording was detailing Parity's share of the Framework contract or the total contract part of which Parity would have an un-defined share, in which case, whilst of value financially and reputationally, it leaves us in the dark and little the wiser. Am I the only pedant in town? | inbrackets
11/5/2015 07:27 | Hmm. Meaningful or meaningless? Discuss. Not another placing surely? | kemche
10/5/2015 21:02 | Small words of encouragement mean a lot, thank you. It's a bit of a singular task with such an unloved share that has shafted so many over the years but if they do hit on something, then growth could be rapid. On the other hand, the alternative is what we have been enjoying for the past year or so, which takes patience. | inbrackets
10/5/2015 20:23 | Thanks for your continued work on this thread inbrackets | +eysenck
08/5/2015 23:51 | Starting to crank things uphttp://www.install | inbrackets
06/5/2015 00:30 | DT again today with an article on Shopa and also the Amazon data handling business. Becoming crowded with some financial muscle. Hopefully Groupseer will partner up quickly and as importantly with a quality suitor. | inbrackets
29/4/2015 16:25 | SP now 9p, a third of the 2013 placing when they moved to AIM ( another great idea ) and yet no share purchases by directors or senior management team - what a vote of confidence ! | teamaccounting |
