Not much luck with Cheltenham Simone. All a bit of fun.
Looks like SH is finally bringing things to fruition. Hopefully wont be long now till we get something concrete.

Looking at Hunter Res. performance of late, Mr H. may be better off putting it on care and maintenance for a while - or even selling out. He could concentrate on Paragon then... it must surely be a better bet.

Some could have been put on (permanent) 'gardening leave'. They certainly shouldn't be drawing any wages of note whilst unlisted.

At least they've signalled a return to the LSE. It could be worse.

I guess it's a 'one man band' at present. A 'competent person' should ideally be independent.

I ran it past him, on the off chance, but have had no response as yet. I did say that the rights be underwritten by wannabe (new) investors, who could also invest separately in new equity. That way it gives existing investors the opportunity without limiting the total fundraising.

i think he is having trouble finding someone for the "competent persons report" required for the admission document. I dont think there is a single competent person withing the company.

Jojojo, let us know what he says about the rights issue. I think he is going to target new outside investors, which might be better........

jojojo, maybe you should put your points regarding rights issue directly to Simon. Im pretty sure he wont be reading this board. It sounds like a good idea. maybe you should share it with him via email or phone call......?

He did say that a general meeting notice would be released in q4, 2014. So in that respect, he isnt anywhere close

Hunter was readmitted at 1.83p, after the RTO. so, its still 50% less than it was in July

We could well get some of that here soon.

I can only guess Mr H. has been too busy with his eponymous company to conclude his work with Paragon. The (delayed) reaction there bodes well for getting investment here on fairer terms for existing investors.

H should think about offering shares to existing holders first or in addition to and on more favourable terms than new investors. It could increase the pot. A fully underwritten rights issue (underwritten by wannabe new investors) would be quite appealing, and not subject to the usual arbitrage/shorting you get when a company is listed.

Looking forward to him getting round to his other 'baby' now HUN is on its way.

Simon is chairman of Paragon, regardless of his other positions. He seems unable to meet deadlines at either company.
Look at David Lenigas. He can shuffle 5 different AIM companies, and keep news flowing.

Im afraid Simon is really not acting efficiently. Its not really fair on shareholders of either company, especially Paragon.

Well it might be because Simon is actively involved in pursuing the pampamali deal via Hunter Resources at the moment, so maybe the potential deal with Tana is on hold for the time being whilst he brings on Hunter Resources in the meantime....

Jojojo. I often hear Simon saying about how hard he is working. So far i have seen NOTHING to suggest this.
Why have we not had a general meeting notice yet?

As far as I'm aware, as this has been de-listed, any 'return' has to be classed as an IPO.

Apparently the costs are little different either way, as the same jumps and hoops have to be cleared.

Happy to hear SH is working hard to get it sorted within the next couple of months. The sooner the better.

Could be Simone. IPOs are expensive...but perhaps the project in mind is mind blowing! So lots of pennies needed!
