As SOS says..isn't this from the RNS it's investing policy?

Paragon, the AIM-listed agricultural investing company (AIM: PAR), is pleased to announce that, it has today acquired an initial 10% shareholding in Paragon Volta Limited ("PVL") and is in the process of finalising for PVL a 44 year sub lease over 5,000 hectares of irrigable land close to the River Volta in Ghana from an existing lease over a much larger farm land estate connected to the vendor (the "Investment"). This is an important strategic step in the implementation of its investment policy in African agriculture.

1 year aim shell rule sos

needs to implement its investing policy in 1 year or be suspended from trading

then it has 6 months to do a deal or it will be booted off

same for all shell cos

mozii, not much gets past you. 2 days in a row, after hours trades. The old saying " no news is good news" does not apply when facing a trading suspension. Anyone spoke to the company?

If that 1m was a buy, the buyer got them at a damn good price. Most of the trades last few days have been at .27, and more of them than sells. Still a lack of any volume in the AIM generally tho so we can only hope PAR come out with some decent news showing a solid future.

yeah, ok. It was after hours, Thats the only thing about it worth noting.
To suggest thats its appearance may be meaningful, or that it may be the work of a mysterious buyer in possession of inside information, and make a drama out of it is a silly post. I hate seeing this sort of silly ramping. Can i ask, how many shares do you hold?

Siri... With these type of shells sentiment and real news are almost always decoupled ... I hope I got in very cheaply with my buys today and exploited a panicked seller and I hope I don't regret it - we'll see soon....

Mike, Morefocus. Its hard to understand this. We seem to be on the morningstar fallers board every other day. It has been falling, yet not falling really? It looks worse than it is. I think things are going to go crazy here, and verdes rise will look small. ;>8 Good luck all you guys.

suprised there's not been any real news that propels the shares back over 0.5p, was there not a recent placing at over 0.6p few months back.

don't know what news is due but there can now be a substantive material news as its over the 4 week bar for a director buy...

it does look like today a pi decided to cash in their chips...

what news is due within three weeks-anyone.They must have something else in the pipeline otherwise why would director buy 4m shares..
