no I;m a small shareholder however depends on the nature of the deal.....and the market at the time...

this week everyones been thinking about and buying shells after VaMP -> so its a little bit of a beauty parade but unless you are really in touch with the people involved and have a first rate understanding of what they are trying to achieve you then picking any of the dozen or so shells is a random punt. Having said that look at the price moves here in the recent ie last 6 months or so when people expected news... there was a large spike to 0.75 in October ....that's almost 200% up from here

No trades on isdx and only the one from earlier on LSE but we have a drop...perhaps a sell in the background not showing yet.

We had a directors buy.. not sure if this is a leaky ship but plenty of shares get sold down but then the co have a good rns... And vice a versa

1.It's a shell
2.It's illiquid
3.It's not on sets!
4.Director buys
5.A base has formed around 0.25-0.30
6.If there is good news then as in the past it's surged so it could do again

I reckon that 2.5 mill is a worked buy reported after market as the bid moved up at about 3pm on no trades which would suggest a delayed buy was coming!

siri yep and its being driven by yesterdays news - people are following the CEO of COMS aboard .... its whats known as a feeding frenzy... the surge could carry on but at some point it will consolidate - 700% plus in a day is not normal .....of course people are hoping the new guy will do a COMS and bring deals and newsflow to propel the price in a COMS style fashion - and the news was a totally unpredictable fairy tale outcome for a company that had appointed an administrator....and offered those who thought they lost everything not only their cash back but a pretty fat profit - I;ve never seen anything like it....

so PAR is relevant as VaMP showed that sentiment and news drive prices and not fundies.... and if there is a news trigger here then sentiment could swing perhaps not as dramatically but given the low liquidity of the stock on the right news triggering demand this could double or triple which is why I took a position ..that and the director buy which for this type of company was not small....

More buys going thru, especially isdx.
