Hi Simone. Let's hope they're getting on with that RTO. I'd be astonished if it all went belly up now after the taking over of Greenstar etc. Unless they had a master plan in the first place to turn us over! We'll just have to wait and see.

Mike. Hope you are well. Its gone very quiet. Everyone is worn out.
It could potentially be months before we hear anything.
It is worth noting that Simon other company Hunter Resources, is 4 months into suspension and still nothing.
Mike, let us hope they move quickly and when news is released, it is good and rewards us for our belief and bravery throughout these torrid times.
Keep the pressure on him anyway. Personally, i think he works too slow. He cannot seem to meet a deadline.

Gone very quiet here for obvious reasons. I emailed SH Monday afternoon but no reply yet...and now not expecting one. My guess is, if he was going to reply, he would of done so by now. Still live in hope that the 'insiders' who bought before suspension knew the suspension was coming up...and got in there ready for relisting. Let's hope so.

Mike. I think you are very right! The stock market is not what it once was. I think I will leave it alone in future.
Also, there too many dodgy directors, out for themselves. The private investors are bottom of the pile. We are lower than pond scum

No point in getting wound up Simone. The stock market has become a bad place. But considering what's gone on with PAR...director/big shareholder buys eg...we can only hope they'll bring out some good news re an RTO soon. I think they will. We'll have to 'suck it and see' as they say!lol

Well the guy who bought 30 mill odd must have thought there was some good news coming....not sure if this was it but remember you can't buy if it's suspended - the only way to take advantage is to be in it before any potential RTO...

Have PAR already implemented their investment policy as per AIM rules? March 24th 2014 has now passed!

The Company is under an obligation to make an acquisition, or acquisitions, which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules or otherwise, to implement its Investing Policy within twelve months of becoming an Investing Company (i.e. by 24 March 2014), failing which the Company's Ordinary Shares will be suspended from trading on AIM. If the Company's Investing Policy has not been implemented within 18 months of it becoming an Investing Company (i.e. 24 September 2014) then admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
