IF PAR gets relisted..and I'm pretty sure it will...this board will soon liven up!

This board may soon close. I tried to lok on the LSE par, chat page, and it seems to have gone. Vamoose

Its a stellar change of direction, we have to admit. No one saw that coming.
Andrew Beveridge and Geoff tyler were suited to implementing the agribusiness strategy, but something must have gone wrong.
We still keep up our hopes, but my goodness this has been a long twisty road.
I know you didnt sell on the 300% rise on 30 October. Nor did I. We have had so much faith. Was it misplaced. We can only but wait and see, and hope. ;)

No luck on the horses Simone. Not much out there at the mo. As I said before...rare earth minerals seem to be the thing at the moment. Let's hope it does some good here.

Havent seen any news on it myself yet though.
Mike. I think our deal will be something like the one by Hunter. It has added no value to their shares. It has lowered them if anything.

WRN has done nicely today...indeed over the past month. Part of its portfolio is rare earth minerals. Maybe our turn will come here at PAR.

I had a feeling that this would happen, and have already implied, in an earlier post, that they would re-list after a temporary cancellation.

Reverting to rare earth minerals is, in my view, much more favourable than the proposed Agribusiness route.

This is a big positive, with loan/financing notes being issued at an apparently small discount to the suspension price.

I can see this doing very well from the off once re-listed - perhaps by year end.

Well...REM came back from very low and is doing ok now. Perhaps PAR will do the same now it's into rare earth minerals.

Actually I bought a few near the bottom whilst Noventa. I didn't load up afterwards and was surprised by the suspension.

I think it will come back, in one form or another.

The Hunter deal was poor for shareholders at the time, but even that now looks like it could come good in the end.

I suspect something is going on behind the scenes, and hope it completes before the deadline, although it is not necessarily the end. I understand it is neither more difficult nor more expensive to re-list after a statutory cancellation.

Here's hoping they get something acceptable to the LSE in place within the next week or so.

The deal could go down like a lead balloon like Hunter Resources, but thats thinking negatively. Lets be positive, and hope the board pulls off something significant. Not long now

They don't appear to have put arrangements in place to trade shares 'off-LSE', which is a good sign.
Often when a company intends de-listing they set up such a facility.

Getting close to 6 months, although both an extension and a return (should it de-list) are quite possible.

Something must surely be happening behind the scenes - else why the fairly recent funding exercise? The funders/lenders wouldn't just throw their cash away!
