ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Pantheon Resources (AIM: PANR) is an oil and gas exploration company with a 100% working interest in a portfolio of high impact projects located on the Alaska North Slope. The Company will be hosting a shareholder presentation and Q&A session as part of its Annual General Meeting, during which, management will provide an update on operations and share expectations for the winter 2022 drilling season. The webinar is open to all shareholders and other interested parties.

Pantheon’s assets span 153,000 contiguous acres and include 3 significant oil appraisal and development projects named Theta West, Talitha and Greater Alkaid. All projects are located immediately adjacent to the Trans Alaska Pipeline System and the Dalton Highway, the major transportation artery for the Alaskan North Slope. The Company estimates these three wholly owned projects to contain circa 17 billion barrels of oil in place and over 2.2 billion barrels of recoverable resource. A three well programme to drill and, where relevant, test these projects commenced in January 2022.

Or maybe the share price is just operating within its range? Don't forget 2.575m share options have just been exercised, with admission on Monday so perhaps the market is just anticipating that these shares will be sold immediately. Additionally there will always be holders, including recent placing participants, who anticipated rises pre-results but never had intention to hold through to results. If the demand is not there to take them then the share price will suffer. Possible the upcoming webinar results in a small rally but I'm not expecting the share price to be much above 80p as a max pre-results.

Do we actually need a farm out at this stage, there's enough money to prove up billions of barrels, once that is done the farm out deal will be done on much more advantageous terms for pantheon.

Either a large sell has gone through and is not yet showing or perhaps the “continuing221; farm out talks have ended.

It’s so irritating as according to most posters here we should be flying. The bond holders are probably in charge!

I know what you’re thinking. “Will they drill six wells or only five?” Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is the biggest drill in the world in 2022, and will blow the share price clean off, you’ve gotta ask yourself one question: “Do I feel lucky?” Well, do ya, punk?”

(appreciate some of the above is not entirely accurate but you get what I mean!)

No, I don't think so- more likely some apprehension ahead of the drill. Loose holders trading out.

The 150k that got put on the offer soon went, very good appetite today.

I'm expecting spudding news next week and tubing rig confirmation next week also :)

So next week we should really start to get the stakes loaded down, your either in or out for this, the most impactful drill in the world for 2022. Any form of success is going to be massive !

@John There are so many larger investors that have very low entries. If they decide to cash in and there is no sufficient amount of newly incoming investors, the price will fall or rise slowly. I think that's been happening. One might consider that happening upon results, too. Not the position I thought we'd be in @80$ oil just before results!

My take is that options are usually exercised when expiring or when somebody wants to cash in on them. Maybe the value is important to him and he doesn’t want the financial risk of letting them run through this season. Wouldn’t mean he doesn’t believe in the company, some people just aren’t prepared to have all eggs in one basket. Expect he’d still be rewarded substantially in the upside case.

Presumably the JH options are related to standing down & being up for re-election at the AGM? Would he lose the options if not re-elected? GLA C
