06/8/2009 12:35 | blimey, a seller today | jamie62
05/8/2009 12:01 | Yup - MNR having a blistering 2 days on the back of no news. Was thinking of selling out of them as well the other day...glad I didn't! | drbeng
05/8/2009 10:44 | shorts getting burned over at alph, property on a strong rally this week | jonnyboy1
04/8/2009 21:07 | agreed grlz except it does'nt need news, this is simply lagging the return of some sanity to the valuation of property funds. | jonnyboy1
04/8/2009 15:54 | jonny - The fund wouldn't fully be wound-up until the final contracts finalised and some of the deals agreed have long stops. The major swing here is the Henry Homes situation, which looks to have fallen apart with the Bank stepping into that developer - OPF is sitting pretty, so any further news can only drive the share price higher imho 50p is coming.. | grlz
04/8/2009 11:25 | tara could well be the case they have been shorting stocks like ALPH for a nice profit but thats retail. this is a residential fund that clearly could materialise 90% of the value of the property on their books at auction. Combined with the vote to close clause added at the agm this funds days are numbered and a nice pay day is due. | jonnyboy1
04/8/2009 11:20 | still needs to rise 230% just to get to NAV! | jonnyboy1
04/8/2009 11:18 | MM have NO stock, but in my view have sold shares weeks ago to punters here, on the hope they would buy them back cheaper. THEY TOOK THE WRONG ROAD, might cost them dear.!!! | tara7
04/8/2009 11:08 | I agree - sit tight. Got in at 16p and loving this (slow) upward climb | jamie62
04/8/2009 11:06 | Looks like a case of being patient here up another 6% will do me just fine | pelleeds1980
03/8/2009 19:51 | yeah there is zero stock around in volume to buy. This will be back up at 45p shortly which is still 50% discount to NAV, no brainer | jonnyboy1
03/8/2009 16:17 | and another | jamie62
24/7/2009 11:27 | MM just eat up any sells, that says it all. | tara7
17/7/2009 14:48 | I've sold out on this. Suspect there may be 40p - 50p of value in it (after settling with HH for an early exit of their cash commitment, and the odd unprofitable side project from the mgmt team) but there's a risk and time value that given the entry price, 30p seems not too unfair for. best of luck to all holders. touch | touch2002
17/7/2009 13:03 | Tara just dipped my toes (700k +) in PXS. I have done some research and it does look to be a good call. There seems to be a seller (Angle) still off loading shares on to the market and news may be around the corner. Whats your take on a realistic share price ? Sorry as this is off topic. TIA Tara shrewdie | shrewd_mole
16/7/2009 15:48 | Thx Tara, will monitor this one for a bit and will have a look PXS. TC mate. ;-) shrewdie | shrewd_mole
16/7/2009 15:34 | Shrewd mole. if the MM play games in the next few weeks, go in and buy.!!!!!!!!! I have faith in PXS, news due any day, and when it shows up the stock, like here will be like gold dust. Good luck. | tara7
16/7/2009 12:28 | MM have to sell 2,000 at the offer. | tara7
16/7/2009 11:30 | I can't buy smaller amounts online either | jamie62
16/7/2009 10:46 | What if you break it down pepper them with 5 lots of £1k? | pelleeds1980
16/7/2009 10:44 | The MM's want 40p for £5ks worth Greedy barstewards | shrewd_mole |
