23/3/2010 15:32 | sales completed - news on the capital distribution any day. | grlz
15/3/2010 21:49 | crikey - just looked back and saw that I posted 14 months ago after buying in - now have 10000 left waiting for final payday. Cheers tara - any charity you want me to make a donation to? | borchardt
15/3/2010 18:10 | More so when i told him [via here,] to buy at 11p this time last year.!! | tara7
15/3/2010 18:08 | Very smart work by Mr Henry having made a decent wad in his pension fund now transferring shares to his wife for her to do the same as company is wound up. | borchardt
23/2/2010 19:04 | asper my prediction in aug 09 this is being wound up. still have a few here to collect the last few drops. easy money now over at NTA | jonnyboy1
23/2/2010 18:52 | cox - yep nothing left and i'm sure the deposit must have been dealt with?? imho I expect the announcement to come in March and distribution thereafter. Oregano was correct with the £5.2m breakdown, but they have taken a small hit on the last units being sold, plus the management fees and their 6 month cancellation notice needs to be covered - its possible, including the £1.1m deposit that its around 80-90p I got a few more this morning, showing on Plus... imho better than deposit rates, plus no stamp duty when buying this outfit which saves the pennies ;) DYOR | grlz
23/2/2010 12:37 | Well that looks like all of the property has been dealt with only the 1.1 million left on deposit as part of Wallington is outstanding so by my calculations they should have over 4 million to give back to shareholders so at least 70p plus 20p or so once the deposit comes back. | coxewan
11/2/2010 11:08 | it should be higher, it was £5.2m after the redemption. expenses probably outweigh income, and the sale of the walton flats was below their carrying value, so take £200k off for that. Say £5m. 5.6m shares = 89p. hopefully another redemption at 70p soon. | oregano
10/2/2010 15:13 | 5,576,545 shares around 70p NAV Maybe more, maybe less as I haven't counted income or expenses since the last AA or the slight profit before expenses from the latest sale. DYOR | grlz
05/2/2010 21:37 | anyone care to put an estimate on nav as we stand? | borchardt
07/12/2009 16:22 | J - 10000 shares where sold on plus @46 this morning | grlz

14/11/2009 15:39 | Read the header, then take a look at TARA*S TEN FOR 2010. | tara7
05/11/2009 12:03 | Nope with Jarvis... I have not received any correspondance from them in this regard. not yet trading the re-admiited shares yet though | jamie62
04/11/2009 15:57 | Jamie, I guess you're not with TDW as their still updating.... although TDW did finally get around to sending me notice of the corporate action this morning lol Admission is tomorrow - 5,576,545 shares £3.9m NAV = circa 70p NAV Even if the share price remains the same OPF is good value given the fund is selling assets as its get closer to being wound-up....another 70p cheque in the post soon unless NH uses the cash he's just got from the redemption to takeover the fund as a new vehicle for his property ventures? Would make sense, no debt hence strong banking ties with existing discounted properties fully let producing income to covering admin costs/salaries. Plus its offshore so the tax is minimal. All imho/DYOR | grlz
04/11/2009 15:30 | cash has arrived - are the remaining shares tradeable? Application for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made and admission is expected to take place on 5 November 2009. | jamie62
04/11/2009 09:15 | looking at my account this morning, the shares have been adjusted (halved) but waiting for the cash ! | jamie62
03/11/2009 09:15 | I am lucky in this case to have an even number of shares, but you have my sympathy as I suffered on other consolidations, redemptions etc. It will be interesting to see not only the number of shares in issue, but also the share price - I couldn't quite understand why it isn't closer to 70p. | jamie62
02/11/2009 17:21 | jamie - TDW have not updated my account yet, but I understand the action will be completed with 4 business days of the redemption date which I believe was 30/10 ? Unfortnately I will suffer from "roundings" as I hold an odd number - be interesting to see how many shares are in issue agianst the projected figure given out by the company when the payout is compelete. | grlz
02/11/2009 14:21 | has anyone seen an change in their account yet? | jamie62
28/10/2009 21:42 | you've got your wand out agian Potter | dirty75
27/10/2009 20:36 | Hopefully they will be able to sell the properties that are let. On the basis of the notional NAV being greater per remaining share than the 70p/share I bought a few more yesterday @62p. I don't mind waiting a few months to almost double my money (8p/share next week + perhaps £1/share within 12 months). It will be interesting to see the share price next week. | hpotter
26/10/2009 14:23 | good news and they are still trading below an adjusted NAV ;) | grlz
26/10/2009 07:13 | 70p for half shares held and 90p to come - what a good start to Monday! | barnetpeter |
