20/3/2009 15:44 | The delay has been caused primarily as a result of unforeseen IFRS disclosure requirements concerning certain notes required to be included in the report and accounts. To me, this means that an unusual transaction or event has occured, or is occuring, that requires disclosure that the company has not done previously. Trying to work out how to correctly disclose it. | jamie62

18/3/2009 16:47 | Yep, we all know that, but they only buy them if they get built, and as the site has not started OPF may get all the cash back. Plus the other ring fenced cash and property is over 40p per share.[ that comes back to shareholders with a YES vote.] Also if Canon house gets built and OPF takes the full max loss to them of 4.25m the builder and bank take the next hit, after they take a huge hit on the 22,000 Ft of shops and offices. Not only that they, the bank and builder do not have the cash flow to hold all the stock flats they are left with. Also is the bank still happy to lend over one year later as the market has dropped.? | tara7
18/3/2009 16:19 | cannon house aka "signature" is a dog - hence the share price falls OPF have essentially agreed to purchase 118 apartments at a +15% premium to market value | grlz
18/3/2009 16:17 | MM put the bid up at 12.41pm today but no trade shown at that time. Might see a late trade at 4.30pm | tara7
18/3/2009 16:15 | Yes, However the real gem is Canon house, this cash has been written off by the market, but not by me or you. If the lot comes good we get back 5 times todays share price. Looking at the downside i fail to get under 40p. | tara7
18/3/2009 15:42 | Hey free money here! Roll up, roll up! Vote now to grab your share of the proceeds. On Friday, this thread will see loads of visitors. Until then, tara just you and me. | barnetpeter
18/3/2009 13:46 | The board was not happy with the shares at 77p so at 12p they must be gutted. We have seen the value, now we need to unlock it. Also outside chance of a bid. | tara7 |
