29/10/2009 08:53 | my concern is, if takeover was an option would have taken place some time ago... if cva is agreed, what do they do for working capital?....spending aroung 5m on r&d a year...so they need alot of cash...thats why i sold on last spike.....looking at wks looks interesting and maybe worth a punt....... | rturner2
29/10/2009 00:09 | Agreed WW - I think you're looking at already disclosed news rturner concerning Nipson SAS. However, it's still been able to help the UK entity and let's not forget the comments from the UK director who mentioned that Nipson UK wouldn't be affected and is in a strong position! Positive news will send this flying although I've also been inclined to think with some over on iii that it may just be taken over.... | kish_008
28/10/2009 21:56 | ...where do you get this info from, r2, as Nipson SAS was already once put into administration before so I assume you are reffering to that one ?!? | waleriuszwatrobka

27/10/2009 15:48 | looks like there maybe just ticked up again | rhays
27/10/2009 15:43 | ...there might be a leak but comparing to previous spike on the eve of last RNS the volume and the range of movement aren't so "severe" so might be that this one was caused just by fast approaching end of the month which seems to be a real deadline for Nipson to sort the debt out which would suggest that either pi's believe in positive outcome or there are few more punters keen to take a risk. | waleriuszwatrobka |
