Is anyone else getting the old website again? I saw the new one briefly this morning and wanted to take another look but getting the old version.

I would like to think that if the loan was called in on Friday then we would have had an announcement this morning. I'm very much hoping an agreement has been reached and the share price will begin to be rerated

Nipson Digital Printing Systems PLC is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (NPD). In 2008, Creacorp NV, a private Belgian company, acquired a majority stake of 43 percent.

this means call option from polar has been granted. am 80% sure know its good news

mm in tight spot at the moment, if they drop the price people will buying cheap and if they start increasing the price people are start to jump on the bandwagon.

i do not think people realize reading the last rns "Management of Nipson confirms that D. Roseman Nipson Limited Partnership ("Roseman"), Polar
Communications LTD ("Polar") and Creacorp NV ("Creacorp") will not take steps to enforce the repayment of debt due to them until end of October 2009."

deadline has passed enforcement has not taken place, means alternative solution been sought can only be good news

ok guys just phoned them again but this time as a potential customer, representing a large printing company. i said we were in for the market to upgrade our printing machines but were concerned of nipson financial condition. also if any servicing and parts would be available in the future. the person i spoke to assured me that company will be trading in the future and is planning on taking out a new range and said they hope to be the leading innovators. i said that this did give me a much confidence, he replied by saying the nipson were engaged in negotiations to guarantee future trading of the company and he invited me to a visit to the company.

If the goods news we are expecting is announced ,this will move very fast ,7-10p IMO .

I think 5-7p may be reached quite quickly, all being well, which is looking more likely. Remember, there are not many of these shares in public hands and with the currently valuation, I would expect/hope a significant rise

okay, i take back my last comment re: finance director taking calls, obvioulsy he is willing to take calls.

Looking promising, wonder if it'll fly up as much as last time.

Board Meeting tomorrow regarding restructuring of loans with an immediate RNS by the latest Wednesday.

for obvious reasons he would not comment on any outcome but just referred me to the last statement re loans.

Also Nipsons website has been down all morning for an update (now up and running ).

rhays, as much as i would like to believe you had that conversation, I find it very difficult to imagine that the finance director of a large organistaion would have the time to talk to a small pi at any given time, even less so at a critical time such as now, when i'm sure he'lll be spending the majority of his time finalising the t&c's with the lenders.

Don't mean to be negative, indeed i'm far from it as i still believe the upside is huge for ndp, but i'm more a realist.

they could not give any info, other than it will be trading in the future, he sounded very upbeat, top up time?
