Kish_008 - 3 Nov'09 - 10:08 - 711 of 713 I clarified this with Marc Maes some weeks ago before I got in and this proviso doesn't kick in for 18 months from April 2009 - Rhays is correct so what does that mean? lol.. the offer was when the share price was around the 0.4p mark. The problem here is that NDP is loaded with debt and essentially you will be buying the debt. The equity is a side distraction hence the 1.25p value. saffy.. |

Posted at 02/11/2009 11:38 by fo77y rhays, as much as i would like to believe you had that conversation, I find it very difficult to imagine that the finance director of a large organistaion would have the time to talk to a small pi at any given time, even less so at a critical time such as now, when i'm sure he'lll be spending the majority of his time finalising the t&c's with the lenders.Don't mean to be negative, indeed i'm far from it as i still believe the upside is huge for ndp, but i'm more a realist. |

Nothing much has changed since it was printed, apart from the lenghtening timeframe of negotiations...and the mention of cva, which is an option for a flailing co anyway.There's one thing to say about ndp, they certainly like you sit on the edge of your seat, they don't tend to announce early. Just hope we don;t get one out of hours, not normally a good omen. |

Posted at 22/9/2009 13:12 by andrbea Creacorp's attitude is key here IMOCreacorp gave NDP a lifeline (through stakebuilding) last June Either Creacorp will now bail NDP out again (more cash injections?) or risk losing their initial investment. Surely, in terms of economies of scale, an outright acquisition by Punch Grafix of NDP (Creacorp has stakes in both) would be the logical solution. nia dyor |
