rhays, that was released approx 2-3 weeks ago, tis a quote from a longer article in printweek. Nothing much has changed since it was printed, apart from the lenghtening timeframe of negotiations...and the mention of cva, which is an option for a flailing co anyway.

There's one thing to say about ndp, they certainly like you sit on the edge of your seat, they don't tend to announce early. Just hope we don;t get one out of hours, not normally a good omen.

uk operation will not be effected regardless of the outcome. Nipson UK managing director David Mooney stressed that the announcement related "only to the PLC and the restructuring of old loans and does not affect worldwide operations". am afraid you have donr your research on this. ps not everyone is on a free ride
