16/3/2017 08:28 | Jan data... I have looked at individual wells. we have 9 wells up slightly from previous month, whilst we have 8 wells down slightly from previous month. I also get a total close to 26,576 from the data of the wells submitted to cogcc. However the figure quoted by Rick in recent RNS is close to second figure of 43,599. My assumption here is that the data comes from the confidential wells, which we have 4 in that category. The wells are Blackcomb 5-14, Mary Jane, Keystone & Monarch 10-15. Of the wells in wf area Snowbird 9-15 is down 2 bopd Blackcomb 3-14 is down 5 bopd whilst C Butte is holding same bopd...these are Jan compared to Dec....Hopefully we will see an increase in these wells from Feb onwards. Fingers crossed GLA | philmac56
16/3/2017 07:59 | reallyrich, You are trying hard, but again like yesterday it seems FAKE, this is from the RNS earlier this year, they wouldn't have stated that figure if it was actually 28k, it does however match the other figure philmac has pointed out. "Production Total production for the month of January 2017 was approximately 43,595 gross (35,544 net) barrels as compared December 2016 production of 35,985 gross (28,885 net) barrels. The increase in production since December 2016 is due to the successful completion of a new zone in the Monarch 10-15 well, together with bringing wells back in production that were suspended during the installation of the water flood pilot project." | troutisout

16/3/2017 06:51 | show me the link | reallyrich
16/3/2017 06:40 | Cogcc updated for jan. However it seems confusing... I Will look at individual wells later to see how they performed. First nhawk tab shows 26,576??? Oil produced barrels. Then when you click on 2017 tab it showes 43,599!!! Oil produced barrels!!! Is it me?? Or can others see the same!!! | philmac56
15/3/2017 14:19 | Placing below 1p IMHO. | sleveen
15/3/2017 14:01 | Exactly. I added Phil. Will be a build up of interest up to April 5. After that it's steady financed growth. | mallorca 9
15/3/2017 13:57 | This was not a bad RNs..The news has been in the system for some time!! | philmac56
15/3/2017 13:44 | Not surprisingly .. buyers now moving in. Expect activity to build up as we move closer to April 5. | mallorca 9

15/3/2017 10:42 | ranald ... spot on. Best buying opportunity for ages. | mallorca 9
15/3/2017 10:39 | Not quite sure what all the angst here is about - this RNS was flagged up some time ago and is entirely sensible - the "concert party" having put in substantial funds here, are prepared to accept shares rather than cash in repayment - to those doubters just ask yourselves this "would I be happy to do this with my own money if I thought that the company had no future?" the answer is off course you wouldn't, so by any measure you like this is a huge vote of confidence in the company by the people with the most to lose. It would be be nonsensical for any shareholders to try and vote down this resolution. | ranald
15/3/2017 10:37 | All this means is that Noteholders who can ask to repaid in cash in October, can now instead buy shares at 1p each - without the Company then being forced to mount a takeover ! | mallorca 9
15/3/2017 10:36 | All this was known months ago and its positive that the Company are now moving forward with it. Also very positive that the CBA are not calling in their loan, as they are now entitled to. I'm surprised that there isn't a wave of buying. | mallorca 9
15/3/2017 10:31 | Good post Trout. I bought this morning. | mallorca 9
15/3/2017 09:48 | I think you are going down a blind alley, it doesn't matter what the bid might be, they don't want to bid for the whole Company. Many small companies have enacted a waiver to allow a financier to take shares rather than the Company have to pay back loans. The latest one of mine was EQT (formerly REAC) who now have a backer owning just over 50% of the Company and yes a waiver was voted through and the shares are at a premium to the price the financier paid (which was at a large premium to the underlying). The 1p conversion rate was at a premium when it was announced the share price has since moved up, to see people selling at below that 1p conversion rate seems very strange. I can't understand the angst here this morning when this was all clearly stated over 6 months ago... | troutisout
15/3/2017 09:29 | And what was the highest they paid? | marmar80
15/3/2017 09:01 | Signing off now, but for those voting please remember .. If the resolution is not passed then the share conversion still goes ahead. The Co will then have to make an offer to buy all shares (under rule 9 takeover, as 30% will have been passed). The amount of this offer only has to equal the highest price that a concert party member has paid for a share in the last 12 months. I will vote in favour of the waiver. | mallorca 9 |
