Philmac I hope you have added IOG to your watch list! Purchasing a pipeline in the North Sea from tullow oil and to be announced to the markets within the next two weeks big volume today already!I want some more Hawk just haven't got the bottle, will add here on the banking update rns.

With the increase in drilling rigs coming back on line, Cogcc permits for both location and drilling have increased since start of 2017.

Currently there are only 3 location and 2 drill permits in Lincoln County, by two oilers.

Hopefully this week and the coming months will see a new future for Hawk as a Company and a more prosperous future for shareholders.

I agree with the last two posts.

Nothing new here just a collection of my thoughts ...

1. For me the RNS on 15/2 drew a line in the sand. Onwards and upwards operationally now.

2. I expect the GM resolutions to be passed. Seemed very odd to me that the share price dropped when this meeting was announced on 15/3 ... all was known beforehand and was to be welcomed.

3. All the litigation issues are in the past wrt RF & Knutsons.

4. We have news to come of the refinancing and WF ... I expect +ve outcomes for both. WF - within the next 3 months. RF - the RNS will land when it does.

5. Outside a few dedicated BBs Nighthawk is almost never discussed. Even when it is mentioned it's usually along the lines of 'must have been bankrupted in the oil price crash' or something similar. Malcy last mentioned HAWK 1 year ago today.

6. The share price is more or less where it was in Jan 2016 ... yet much progress has been made. I see little if any speculation in the share price at present.

Just some rambling musings. As RR mentions above some other oilers have done well ... hopefully our time is about to come. GLA

Other small oilers previously unloved UEN & PTR have all weathered the $30 a barrel of oil scenario, in the last 18 months and are now trading at 3-6p. Hoping for some ACE progress next week..3p -6p would be nice.

I guess it's down to your broker and nothing to do with Hawk.
I love the share price stability.
Guess they'll aggregate the trades during the day and adjust the share price accordingly.
Nothing but small sells this morning totalling a couple of grand.
Previously the share price would be down to 0.8p by now !

My frustration comes from the fact that the company allowed for this to happen. Not going to change broker only for this reason. I pay very little for online trading anyway.

Marmar,

by 'liquid' we mean how easy it is to sell the stock.
As I've mentioned above, I can easily sell 500k shares (electronically by the way) so the stock is liquid. It has 8 MM's !
Your frustration seems to be that your broker isn't offering an electronic quote - change broker.
As for the share price not changing with every £100 trade - great news.

Mallorca, hawk was trading on a 3rd platform from the bottom, now is on a 2nd. Top platforms are for most liquid companies. We are lower now. I like the company, I'm a very long time in, but downgrade is a downgrade. Can't be good.

Just to add .. if you're concerned with 'Investors ' being put off ...

It puts me off that in the time it takes me to log on and set up a trade , the share price can previously have moved by 10% ! totally ridiculous.

No problems with either of these.

There are 964 million shares in issue.
It has been ridiculous that a sale of 100k shares (£1000) has previously changed the share price
I am much happier to see the share price much more constant.
Someone above said that the share price will be updated 4 times per day.
If that's correct then that's much more sensible.
The mid price currently is 1.1p and the stock is totally liquid with 8 Market Makers.
