Think you'll find soon that there's a lot of good things happening and that the revenue is significantly higher than H1 15 and H1 16.
I'm using this time to add to my holding.

Rockin, it does not have any good news. The figures that have been shown the past few months show declines in monthly production figures overall. No news will keep seeing the price fall...If it goes below 0.75 then I will be back in as personally I cannot see anything that can support the current share price.

Only my opinion.

Production seems, in general,to be significantly improving from a year ago. No data since Jan.$5.6 M cash reserves. No issues for 2017.Monees avail / set aside $1.2M for completion of Waterflood / pilot.Refinance info awaiting & we're left to 'second guess' everything else. Hence the collapse to 1p. Positive News would help...Hawk. please squark.

RR... Probably the reason why new permits have been applied for.
The confidential wells are producing.

Defunct permits

i spent some time studying the Cogcc map this morning, as eye opener to see what permits have lapsed.

I noted that the following three, lapse soon, Sipapu 1/5/17; Angel Fire 6/5/17; Timberline 22/10/17.

This only leaves, the 7 Monarch wells.
I did not notice the two permits applied for on the map, Mary Jane.

So if we are to drill in the near future we have limited choice!!!!!

The Blackcomb 5-14 well did perform great in January 2017 at 7008 bopd.

again posted by partridge on lse who shares my view/opinion about the production from confidential wells..this took us closer to 1400+bopd for jan

The tracer test is done to make sure no water from the Pilot waterflood is moving over the saddle between north and south of Arikaree Creek and affecting the Big Sky/Taos wells of the Knutson family. I presume the company injects 2-fluorobenzoic acid in one injector well and 4-fluorobezoic acid in the other. They then will monitor the northern wells to see if any of these tracers is observed in the water produced at the wells. Hopefully not.

STB I think stands for storage tank barrel.

The Blackcomb 5-14 well did perform great in January 2017 at 7008 bopd. I think this was because of a work over and not the effect of waterflood as the other two Pilot waterflood wells did not change production wise. If you look at Hawk output for Jan 2017 it was 43599 barrels but only 26558 barrels came from non confidential wells. The difference of 17041 barrels came from confidential wells so that means 10033 barrels were produced by Keystone and Mary-Jane and Monarch. Which is good going by the first two as I would guess the latter is a poor producer. Blackcomb 5-14 did initially produce 500 bopd when first drilled so could improve drastically with a push from waterflood.

Partrige over on LSE pointed me in the direct of some documents, which make good reading, may become excellent dependant upon test results!!

I would prefer individuals to read them yourselves.

P.S. Look at cogcc-permits- underground water injection permits for information about injection of tracers.

At the risk of being hAirdried
Not posted for three months so the fall cannot be blamed on my posts. This is what it looks like after three years to get waterflood underway. hxxp://ogccweblink.state.co.us/DownloadDocumentPDF.aspx?DocumentId=4073580 hxxp://ogccweblink.state.co.us/DownloadDocumentPDF.aspx?DocumentId=4073581 The injection of tracers started on 17th February 2017 and will be monitored at well heads on a weakly basis so I presume they would not be injected if the company did not expect the process to work. The two new permits show the company is still alive but it should be noted that it is easy to instigate permits. At present the only live permits held by Hawk are the residual permits from the JV which the company paid $500,000 to Cascade so as not to have to drill further. All the other permits have expired. It might be useful to reread the 17th August 2015 presentation on Hawks website and look at page 16 to see the location and size of the new permitted areas. Keystone is the better bet for new drilling as it is proven and larger. Nighthawk-Energy-August-Presentation -(PDF) It is worth bearing in mind that before waterflood came 'behind pipe'. The company moved on to the former before telling shareholders of any tangible results of the latter. I hope we see results of waterflood before the company is allowed to move on to a new drilling program. With present management I do not think this is guaranteed. It has taken over three years to get to this point.

I like to get my Movie references in....If oil gets to $70+ later this year & on into 2018, HAWK will be in a recovering oil Mkt & things sb ok. Oil is still being pumped by Hawk and the Pilot appears to have potential.Just saying..News on refinancing would help..
