Just bought in here at 180 for recovery. Lots of upside potential. Lots of short term noise distracting the bigger picture which is positive.

In my experience shorts are irrelevant on large caps but I guess the selling from aviva has been holding the price back for a long time.

Hopefully they are finishing.

To add to the above, and this nothing against your charting ileeman, but from what I've been seeing with the companies with the heavily shorts against them, the charts are "shaped". If they have the shares on loan to hold a common pattern off, they can, so I feel its become unreliable. If course all in my opinion, but I think the big shorts have changed the way we can expect patterns to unfold.

I dont pay too much attention to shorts. Not a bad thing tho will only add the upside when this does breakout.

I dont think aviva are selling the lot.

I say this because aviva started selling HYR down but have finished now HYR up 50% or so. They did not sell the lot only trimmed their position.

Nothing will change until Aviva have completely sold out. then these will bounce rapidly. I expect these to trade between £1.80 - £2 over the next few months.

these are a good medium to long term buy.

That is how I see it chart wise, completed 5 waves down now in an abc correction with inverse head shoulders pattern still intact.

Either we completed the b wave and are now heading a lot higher or possible that the b is still completeing in which case could go back down 175-180p. Anything lower than 175p I would be worried and will invalidate my analysis in which case I will sell.

Clearly aviva have held the price down for too long, we got a holdings the other day and price shot up 7%...could mean they only wanted to reduce holding and have finished. Lets see what price does over next couple weeks.

Fundamentals pointing north. Holding £75k now.

Getting into the NHS for business is indeed difficult as I know from my own experience.

Once you have done it once though and then have a reference site, it does mean that you have passed all the hurdles meaning that it should become much easier in the future. Effectively NCC can now become one of the privileged insiders.

News yesterday of NCC commissioned by an NHS Trust to investigate cyber security breaches and finding faults in its firewall:

"Many trusts have been re-evaluating the cyber security arrangements in the wake of the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole attack, including Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which overhauled its IT strategy to reflect cyber threats.

Trusts that have recently reviewed their cyber security include; Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals, North Tees and Hartlepool, and Cheshire and Wirral NHS foundation trusts, among others.

The moves comes against a backdrop of a rising cyber-security threat for the NHS, with concerns that many trusts still rely on legacy IT systems, such as Windows XP, that are vulnerable to attack."
