The only benefit here compared to other death spirals is that they quickly sell into the market so there is no stale overhang. This is based on the fact these so called investors haven't had to file a TR1.

This is a gamble, but oversol so i await the constant seller to dry up thats my strategy here.

The warrants granted to Beaufort and Sandabel in relation to the latest loan are exercisable at 7.5p so unless the share price goes above that they are not worth exercising.
There is a lot of upside here and 2017 is going to be very interesting.

At least they are now fully funded through to profitability, that takes away a lot of uncertainty, should be a boost to the share price

Tic tock counting down to NURATO launch next week, closely followed by Fastsell and VOIP. These new services should push total user numbers past 8 million IMHO.

I did e-mail MYSQ about Sandabel dumping their conversion shares onto the market, acting more like a money lender who wants a quick profit rather than the "early stage investor" that they were supposed to be, destroying the share price in the process, I am hopefully that the board took my concerns as an investor seriously and had a word with Sandabel and Beaufort, reminding them about the "orderly market conditions" that they were supposed to observe!

Total shares issued to Sandabel is 20,290,616 the 3% limit for an RNS holdings notification is approx. 6,700,000 so at least 14,000,000 have been sold into the market in six weeks!

Expanding internationally for Games and Services! Nice update. Fair play to the Mgmt team they have done a hell of a lot in a short space of time. Just a shame they had to resort to Sandabell for funding

I agree TT this share is very undervalued and the share price is just a reflection of the rather unsatisfactory funding method that is being used. A rerate should not be far away and I might just have to buy some more at this price which has just gone blue as we approach the close. Volume 1.3 million.
