Incorrect to say costing them nothing. There are fees for this CLN including awarding warrants. Interest rate of 20% if they just repay and a discount to the share price if they convert. On top of that the share price has been decimated and there's reputational damage from these types of financing. The Riaing Dragon facility may be repaid but they can still dip into that as well.

Wouldn't rule out a placing either to pay off Sandabel and use the excuse that the CLN was unpopular with holders etc.

RNS is pretty standard. Confirming all resolutions passed. Not sure what anyone was expecting. Next news likely to be another drawdown and/or some conversions by Sandabel.
