I think this could be a good investment in time but I'm not quite sure whether we are there yet. What they don't mention in the RNS is that they can't draw any more of the convertible loan anyway until they hit certain performance criteria. This may be an attempt to push the price up so they can get some other financing away at some stage. Regardless it's good news in the near term as there won't be the repeated dilutions from the conversions. I'm not sure exactly what it says about current trading.

Excellent News at the end of the RNS that they will not draw down any more from the CLN facility and so this is the last issue of cheap shares.

My take is we may see 0.5p here Too much downward pressure currently.Any buying here seems to be overtaken by dumping of the CLNs This really is in a downward spiral.

450k left to convert. Company then have 900k left of the CLN to drawdown. So 450 (and looks like they're forward selling this week) then 900k. That 900k can only be drawn down if the company are earning a certain amount in a preceding period.
