The current weakness in the share price is being caused primarily by Sandabel selling their conversion shares into the market as fast as they can, knowing when the next tranche becomes due they will still be able to get them at below the market price and move them on at a profit.
If Sandabel hadn`t been dumping their shares there should have been a "holdings" RNS as they have converted in excess of 20 million and the 3% holding RNS would be around 6.5 million, so al least 15 million have been moved on, Sandabel aren`t bothered about the share price as long as they can turn a profit, of course they are still left with the warrants that they can have a turn on in the future!

So much for the "orderly market conditions" they are supposed to observe!

Well now unfortunately we have to rise 100% just to get back to where we were at the end of September!We need some good news to start a fight back in the SP!

I've literally just emailed another poster exactly that.

Funds won't be an issue with rising dragon there.
Cln wasn't ideal but almost washed through the cheap shares now just last tranche to go. I suspect they will be done sooner rather than later as from Monday we have 6/7 weeks of constant new products, games, updates and bundles.

Any major player will be looking over Mysq shoulder at numbers of users and the more strings we have the better. They do seem to be the go to company for native language apps...

Also, as a matter of interest Eric Alfred Schaer is a Chairman or CEO of Mypay, Rising Dragon and Mysquar, who I assume would like Mypay to succeed, as Maypay is dependent on Mysquar for its access to its huge user base and Rising Dragon is helping finance Mysquar with a revolving loan, then I can`t really see any problems with Mysquar increasing(if needed) the revolving loan from Rising Dragon to take it thro` to break even and profit by the end of this financial year!

I assume Rising Dragon is also financing Mypay.

Having looked at the directors of Mysquar and Mypay I would describe them as "heavywieghts" who would not be out of place on the boards of multi billion pound companies!

Great time to load up ahead of the NURATO launch, not to mention Fastsell, VoIP, MYCHAT 2.0 and MYPAY The company via their broker believe that they will be cash flow breakeven before the end of the their financial year. It's also very likely the share price will spike once MYSQ and Sandabell convert the last $250k tranche So much progress and a suppressed share price will lead to short squeeze once the CLN is clear

Getting closer to that inflection point.
New games and bundles and fast sell imho could easily see revenues double to $5-6k per day by mid Jan.

VoIP and mypay to come too plus the consultancy fees from fastacash.

They will add other services and apps as they are now way out there as the go to provider for native language apps in one of the fastest growing economies in the world.

It's just a case of time before a takeover approach comes but my money is on Q2 2017.

I see that sandabel have reduced MYSQ borrowings by another $200k by the latest conversion, that means that Sandabel have now converted all of MYSQ`s current borrowings from Sandabel to date into shares.

Guys this isn't about creating a self funding business as such, it is about being the main provider of games, apps, voip and online payments in the national language.

It seems we are well ahead of any competition so will become a takeover target for the big names especially as Myanmar is in the top couple of countries for growth next year.

Guys what seems to have been missed is that they are tying up with the national telco. They are really cementing their position as prime mover for apps and games for the local language.

This is all very positive for a takeout in 12 months time.

In the next few weeks we should have several games, mychat, fast sell, mypay and voip.

The land grab is paying off and the critical mass is growing.

Its usual for gaming revenue to plateau hence the rollout of more games and bundles, but we are now seen as the go to people for any local language apps hence the fastacash tie up.

Plus an expected income of $500k from mobile application development.

Plus fastasell which appears to be an e-bay equivalent.

It seems that gaming revenue hasn't grown since the end of September, which is a slight negative. However new games should boost the overall revenue in future.

Am I reading this right, revenue is currently minimum $2500 x 365days approx $900,000?? With lots of new and potentially bigger revenue streams in the pipeline. Why isn't every man and his dog buying into this share???
