Mm's looking to buy 100K 6.165 which has gone up slightly from 75K earlier on so still looking to buy but can change at any moment.

Could be GJ or could be MMs playing games to try and panic a few sellers(as they soon seem to get short of stock) as they have dropped bid but left offer at 6.4p,but have not got access to online limits so a bit of guess work :)

Friday was a good sign that there is still a lot of interest in this co. Momentum is building. I wonder whether the new broker had anything to do with the buying interest as its been a bit flat since the placing and the mm's were looking to buy in quite large nos early on, suggests to me they were expecting a bit of a surge.

Whatever, Friday afternoon showed how fast the market can move in an upwards direction. Monday morning will be just as interesting, the news can't be far off, surely.

The bod may well be waiting to complete on the T&L sale before they move on to any arrangement with interested parties of the CS project. The financial impact of the T&L business whether sold or not will have a bearing on their next move forward. If the T&L business is sold it opens the way for any interested party to acquire Loyalward and obtain the CS project at a good price IMHO. If the interested party wants to buy a significant stake he might as well pay a bit more for the whole lot?

I'll go for 1 credible interest, but with more than one potential deal for CS, governed partly by MIN debt position and T&L business position.

Maybe not waterloo but i would have said there's more than one interested party re CS and things will have been progressing in the background but waiting for the finalisation of the travel side sale to get things really moving on CS.

We spoke to Chris Egleton at Minoan Grp #MIN re speculation T&L division sale hitting buffers. Can confirm it is still on track and this is wide of the mark. Reminder of our stance here -
