11/5/2018 12:32 | PJ they did actually attend last year 2017 and did a presentation, this year they attended but opted out of doing the presentation as pointed out above. edit and as i said i reckon they opted out as they would not be able to answer some of the questions with being near to completion and not in the public domain,my thoughts anyways. | scotty1
11/5/2018 11:45 | I did get the impression that actually attending the UKIS was quite a step for them. Did they feed back at all any levels on interest they got from the stand? | pj 1
11/5/2018 11:40 | Had a few exchange mails with CE this morn, one being why they didn't do the video presentation at the UK Investor show(when they could showcase their company and put existing shareholders minds at ease) my theory being that they would not be able to answer some of the questions put to them as they are not yet in the public domain and near to completion,i got a "i couldn't possibly comment"on that one.So reading between the lines i really do think news is near by and could come at any time of course i could be putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with 5 we will see,but as i keep saying at present the company is well under valued and will catch up at some point. | scotty1
11/5/2018 09:49 | Below is part of a email i received from CE this morn regarding a certain poster saying his "source" as said news next week, make of it what you will. But what you will glean from it is that all looks to be going to plan other wise we would know about it.I personally don't think the wait will be to long and think at the current share price there's a good profit to be made for anyone buying around these lvls,at a M/C of just under £13m and with the asset they have in CS the company is well undervalued. "They often appear to have 'inside' information but it seems to me that it is usually someone just adding 2 and 2 together - in this case they may be taking our earlier announcement and adding a date to further their own ends. As you know, if there were a change in underlying circumstances, it would have to be announced immediately and we have not made such an announcement. This being the case, I think you must draw your own conclusions." | scotty1
11/5/2018 09:45 | Small crumb of comfort - mm's looking to buy up to 250K. It hasn't been like that since the placing. | wi1l
09/5/2018 15:19 | Err i know this is AIM toolsmoker, you say timeframes are rarely kept yet you are making predictions from a so called source. So if this so called source says news next week it should be correct and timeframes don't come into it as you have been told next week. | scotty1
09/5/2018 14:44 | Would appreciate it if it was this week instead! | wi1l
09/5/2018 14:41 | This is aim Scotty timeframes are rarely kept .obt will get very interesting soon and yes I expect news next week here still | toolsmoker
09/5/2018 09:19 | Well news could of course come any day so not saying toolsmoker is wrong or right but would imagine if he/she is correct it would be a lucky guess,as one or two posters on this thread can vouch i do keep in touch with the BODs plus have a couple of contacts who know a damn sight more than i do with whats going on in the background and they haven't come up with any info regarding news next week,of course up to a point they cannot as it would be regarded as insider info, but i do know one of them believes MIN are a steal at these prices and i tend to agree,as for toolsmokers prediction he also said there would be news out last week at OBT,there was not! | scotty1
09/5/2018 08:33 | I hope Toolsmoker realises that I have borrowed thousands from wonga based on his reliable info coming to fruition next week! :-) Joking apart, I hope he's right. | fireplace22
08/5/2018 14:21 | atlantic, you are becoming too weird. Dont you see all the arguments-points raised from Toolsmoker ? You are clearly blind that you cannot identify also the reputable sources summarized in the above 15 words :) | rspiros
08/5/2018 13:16 | A bold prediction | atlantic57
08/5/2018 12:23 | Next week guys as I said we will see completed should head towards 10p then | toolsmoker
08/5/2018 11:35 | Agree Justjill - we are now very close I expect. I think we shall see some price improvement from the placing level. | hugothesecond
08/5/2018 10:52 | I suspect that the signature of the partner in Crete is waiting for the signature on the sale of the T+L. Just think that partner for Crete wants Co focused just on that alone, without all the baggage and complications of events related to T+L side. | justjill
07/5/2018 13:07 | Dart group which includes Jet 2 airline and tour operator was named in a two word post on LSE with no futher explantion | eric smith travel
06/5/2018 10:03 | Have a feeling L&G owned a few quite a long time ago but by now prob diluted to next to nothing. The recent placing was to 'institutional & other investors' which may include a bit of stake building, but if you try on the open market the price would probably shoot up. A small effort at that saw the price go from 6.5p to 8p recently only to be overshadowed by the placing discounted to 6p - if anyone was stake building it would be probably via the placing route. 25% of the Co is in the hands of 4 shareholders of which 2 are directors of Loyalward the ltd co used to develop the CS project which suggests where their interest lies. But as to the remaining 74% who knows?? | wi1l
05/5/2018 18:47 | I have a few shares here but what worries me is the lack of institutional interest. I mean if a developer was interested why not build up a stake in the market with the price apparantly bombed out? | arthur_lame_stocks
05/5/2018 18:17 | Hadn't thought of that Hugo - probably a small chance of it happening but would explain the delay. Sitia airport expansion is handy as its not too far away from the site. | wi1l
05/5/2018 12:38 | The more that there is a delay in the T/L sale highlights to me that there is a much bigger picture here. The travel side should have been sold well within the 4 months even with DD. So how about a deal that includes the T/L with planning on CS - could be any of the big travel players DTG (unlikely) or TUI (likely) or TC (possible). The later 2 of course have travel interests across Europe so CS planning would be of interest. The opening up of Sitia airport will be a big supporting element in long term access to region. | hugothesecond
05/5/2018 09:40 | Mind you Min after the T&L business sold, debt free, PD for CS development and a M/C at 75% discount does appeal more!! The party interested in a substantial slice of the CS project might prefer to buy the business outright rather than have to deal with the oldies on the current bod. The potential that Min offers may well then have a better chance of being realised. Those in the recent placing must be thinking the same. | wi1l
05/5/2018 08:32 | Must be a good price Scotty, much better anyway than the 8p I was naively buying at before the placing but that would have been good even a few months ago! All we need now is for Min to negotiate their next hurdle which must be the T&L sale, there could have been more than one prospective buyer hence the exclusivity agreement but that should have a time-limit included in the terms. Someone on lse board came up with DTG but not sure whether that was the T&L sale connection. I wish they would get on with it whoever it is. Either that or return to the status quo as that wouldn't be a disaster as the T&L business was doing well and trading profitably. | wi1l |
