Well look at last Fridays RNS - the shares tread water ahead of this all day and didn't rise prior to it - it was only after the announcement that they spiked.
Tomorrow is my guide but of course lawyers and accountants can delay things at the last stage with final 'dotting and crossing'.

Yes agree the chart looks good - but it looked the same on Thurs/Fri then dropped back - you have to agree that if the deal was about to be announced the city would have got word of it and the volume would have been considerably higher - todays total trades are considerably lower than of late but again Im happy to eat my words if your right - lets wait and see

But the bidding parties WILL want a discount to NAV, the issue is the quantum of it.
I am reliably informed that Kirsch is the chap who has set the 120p floor to the bidding parties and the BOD.
120p it will be and by the end of next week.

I did say an announcement was due on Wed and was 2 days too early.
My City sources assure me it is at 120p. Next week will bring the resolution.
