I’ve read the releases again and I’m still none the wiser as to the deferred shares and any entitlement.

I was being over grumpy. I do have a large paper loss, but I do believe the current strategy is correct. Just a shame that Argentina turned out not to be a good country to invest in.

Am I right in thinking the deferred shares are only for shareholders on the cut off date of the agm vote?

As far as I can see, IF men makes a profit, then it could pay dividends to foreign investors without any Argentinian tax. Is this correct? If yes, I want to see a plan to reach dividend payment. If not, I want to see a plan for selling our Argentinian company in a way which would allow us to get our money out of that country. I am sick and tired of staring at huge paper losses here. (Real ones, if I sell.)

New name, corporate image and diversification will hopefully mean we all get something out of Molecular energies PLC.
Only loan interest can be taken out of Argentina currently.

This and the consolidation will achieve exactly what exactly?Can't the stuck Argie money be used to pay off loan? Is that allowed?

Yes, thx for the new thread. Sorry to be so poorly informed, can you please explain the deferred shares to me? Not that I hold atm, I got out a few months ago at a small loss, wanting to see if there's an entry point for me again, when the dust has settled.
