21/12/2016 16:04 | Well spotted magpie. Collapsed is an appropriate description! | looneytune
21/12/2016 15:50 | Dome Energy share price collapsed in last few days and another EGM announced in mid-Jan. Could still be something going on there | magpie105
21/12/2016 10:58 | Agreed Mike, give it a rest Ted | m1cmac
20/12/2016 18:44 | No conspiracy theory I just stated the facts . In April 2017 will be three and half years since shares traded. During this period the non CROOKS drew Saalry and/or expenses depending if you believe what they spout . If shares relist at equivalent of 1p - highly doubtful - will mean shares have not changed value in 3 and half years . What conspiracy | supertedsmith
20/12/2016 18:12 | super, I thought you'd given up all of this conspiracy nonsense up now that they are relisting | budgetbond
20/12/2016 14:17 | If this relists next year will be approx three and half years since shares traded .So you think it's stillon the level and will accept the delist price of 1p . Naturally during this three and half year hiatus the non CROOKS running Matra have in no way milked company dry have they ? | supertedsmith
19/12/2016 19:58 | Indeed wait and see, what else can we do? Like everyone else who has had their money commandeered I will be pleasantly surprised if I manage to get back a small percentage of the money I invested. | doxford
19/12/2016 18:54 | Oxford It was all part of premeditated plan .Bought in to delist and milk company dry .Delisted for fictitious reasons .Nothing has changed they had no need to delist -As for relist you can be sure it's only to further milk it after diluting our shares to Infinity.Wait and see | supertedsmith
19/12/2016 18:41 | But doxford, you're missing the point - whatever price Maxim agrees to is also what Maxim will get for his own shares and also what he will have to explain to the likes of Tricon he's getting for them | budgetbond
19/12/2016 18:33 | It can list at $5 a share but what will we get in terms of value compared to the delist hijack? Not much if anything worth having would be my guess. They are blighted by theie last three years of sheer bloody minded ignorance in respect of any loyalty or respect for the investors in their company. Time will tell and let's hope we don't have to suffer another three year stint. | doxford
19/12/2016 17:44 | super, back to your point from this morning, I'm happy to take you up. I'll donate £100 to charity if I lose. But I wont. And the reason I wont is because you have to put yourself in Maxim's shoes and think like he would think. He has an opportunity through the listing to create some shareholder value for himself and the other major shareholders that he has locked out for years (I admit that he wont be thinking about the PI's but we get the same deal) and he will aim to do that. They will be putting pressure on him to create value for them. I dont claim to know how he will structure the deal. All I know is that the market conditions have turned favourable - fundings is available in the sector again, Opec have agreed a freeze, the oil price is up 30% and unlikely to drop below $50 again and our reserves will have increased in value too. I simply cannot see a scenario where this will relist for less than 1p. | budgetbond
19/12/2016 13:19 | If they called an EGM today, the earliest they could hold it would be 6th January 2017. | beggarman
19/12/2016 12:03 | budget yep or just before | calmtrader
19/12/2016 09:24 | calm, are you expecting the EGM to be in early January? | budgetbond
19/12/2016 09:20 | The oil price rise is great timing for us - dont forget the reserves were valued in the summer at an average price of $40. It's now 30% higher. | budgetbond
19/12/2016 06:27 | Merry Christmas every one, and a healthy and peaceful 2017. 100 eggs how are you after your recent op???? | gilly9
18/12/2016 21:12 | Super I don't think Saudi can survive on oil in the 50s | calmtrader
18/12/2016 21:10 | Disagree Will eventually settle at $55 max short term and around $51 long term. They also need to give notice of EGM | supertedsmith
18/12/2016 21:01 | I guess we'll have an EGM pretty soon to approve the listing etc...couldn't be better timing as I see $65 oil very soon. | calmtrader
18/12/2016 19:15 | Budget Why not make a bet here equivalent to 1000 delisted matra shares - £100 -if so confident and believe vlad and MB walk on water . I say relisted shares- assuming it ever happens-will be worth less than delisted price after consolidation calculated . Money to go charity or your pocket whichever you prefer . One bet I would be more than happy to lose . | supertedsmith
18/12/2016 15:49 | Not sure of what they may or may not do, who can tell with this lot? I will be amazed if we finish up with a value equal to the delist value and are able to trade our shares on a recognised stock exchange....amazed. | doxford
18/12/2016 11:33 | Wouldn't they have to take the current value of the balance sheet plus any intended placing to value the new business? | beggarman
18/12/2016 11:12 | budget, difficult to know what will or will not happen here. IF we relist I would imagine that we will be subjected to a massive consolidation exercise where we get something like 10 new shares given back for very 100 they took away. The value of this result after three years of nothing may well be less than the value they commandeered. Who knows, but like us all I would be pleasantly surprised if I actually get a percentage back from what I seem to have lost. A happy Xmas to all our readers. | doxford
18/12/2016 10:43 | The way I look at this is that Maxim won't have frozen trading for years to relist at the same price they were delisted. | budgetbond |
