29/11/2016 16:47 | No I meant relist price on Swedish market next year - which I think will be very low -But if they have already sold out and what's more recouped their initial investment even before being bought out what will they - the honest non CROOKS - care | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 16:43 | Ted, what do you mean by offer? Are you saying we are being bought out prior to relist? | magpie105
29/11/2016 16:30 | Beggarman The honest non CROOKS may well have already found a buyer for their shares obviously won't be price offered on market in January .Having says that do you think they can get away with offering us a measly 0.2/3 once share split all sorted | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 14:56 | calm - The point I was making was if our intrepid heroes had to recover £4.25m and also make a profit it would be more beneficial to the minority shareholders. Anything they get is pure profit, I can't imagine they will sell their stock on the open market, they will find a buyer and they will want a price that is attractive to potential buyers. | beggarman
29/11/2016 14:19 | Beggarman share price doesnt matter it the value of your holding pre and post listing ... i believe MTA LN market cap will be equate around $25m on listing | calmtrader
29/11/2016 14:00 | ok super you know best | calmtrader
29/11/2016 14:00 | calm - We don't know what the market cap will be until all deals are on the table. I believe that Matra USA will be valued at $100m/£80m but there has to be a placing and we don't know how much that will be and there could also be a merger with a listed company which would speed up the process. Regarding the share price, it depends on the type of investor they wish to attract. If they are looking for retail investors the share price will be lower than if they are looking for institutional investors. The share price can be controlled by the consolidation factor. | beggarman
29/11/2016 13:52 | Calm we are going to get max 0.2/0.3 for our current shares - 20% of delist price | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 13:46 | Beggarman Think there are people here assuming they are going to get 2p for each of their existing shares and not new split .Important that understand difference The new split will also allow the non CRROKS an opportunity to mop up shares | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 13:43 | beggarman i think you are way off the mark ..total market cap will be (IMHO)around $70-80m | calmtrader
29/11/2016 13:40 | So you agree that we are going to get what I always said from beginning - 0.2 for shares which is loss of 80% on already decimated delist price of 1p | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 13:28 | Ted - That's what I said .2p, if you work it out 575,000,000 multiplied by .2 equals £1,150,000. I am not familiar with OMX rules but if they had to hold their shares for twelve months they could find a buyer easier if they were selling at a discount. | beggarman
29/11/2016 13:05 | Beggarmzn Cant see 2p-more like 0.2/0.3 They will have to do share split .Presume 100/12p after share split perhaps which equates to 0.2 for each current share | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 12:57 | Just to reiterate Matra IS NOT A PRIVATE COMPANY it is a delisted company .You voted for delist .As for oil price crash it happened a good while after they delisted . | supertedsmith
29/11/2016 12:22 | Well said mike2042, MB's Matra has always been a waiting game, unfortunately the oil price crash got in the way. | scoobydoo99
29/11/2016 11:31 | I believe Ted is right about Winpro recovering it's initial investment. The implications are that anything they can recover from the listing will be pure profit. If for, instance they list at the equivalent of .2p after share consolidation that would be a profit of over £1m for Winpro. | beggarman
29/11/2016 11:10 | If Matra was a private company it would be called Matra Petroleum Limited and not Matra Petroleum PLC. It is a delisted public company and it will not be relisted but wound up when the asset is transferred to the new company. A private company calling itself a plc would be illegal under the companies act. | beggarman
28/11/2016 23:08 | Ok pardon my ignorance, if they are delisted, they are not bound by any rules and can make any statements they wish ...... Is that right? An assumption on my behalf | nedhammers1
28/11/2016 19:53 | They are currently a delisted company - hasn't been taken private | supertedsmith
28/11/2016 19:22 | They had no need to make statement and they are not a private company - | supertedsmith
28/11/2016 18:27 | Ted, your being a good boy lol, bet your dieing to say something negative :-). I suppose as Matra are a private company they are allowed to make that statement as long as they do not name the listed company they are looking to merge with.... | nedhammers1
28/11/2016 15:42 | offerman - hxxp://matrapetroleu | mike2042
28/11/2016 15:30 | Hi all,What announcement was it? | offerman
28/11/2016 15:20 | Supertedsmith, the announcement was to give shareholders reassurance there is a future for the company. | mike2042 |
