Put company into administration?

calm - Last year they posted the 2014 financial results for Matra USA around June 2015, so far we have not had sight of the 2015 results. Would Vlad be prepared to post the 2015 results on the web-site? That may reassure some shareholders.

calm - The last date they can call an AGM is the 30th November to hold an AGM this year. If they don't hold an AGM then they are in trouble and will be fined. If they decide to take the fine bearing in mind they have no funds to pay it, it will be around £700, if they don't file or hold an AGM within another six months it goes up by a multiple of around 10 so £ 7,000.

The point is, if they are not in a position to file their accounts and hold an AGM this year, the business must have problems.
