I can't see anyone wanting to load up with more of these worthless shares, even if they could. I bet that everyone jack of them would dearly like someone to give them 1p for every share they hold be it 18 million or twenty four. You seem to have been right all along and there are others who would agree with you, myself included.

budget - I would see MB/Alltech/Fireeast as one entity and they have their money back, Tricon is the only one out of pocket at face value. I have wondered if they entered into a trading arrangement with Delek and have been getting their money back that way, although I have no evidence of this, it is just a theory.

Matra plc will never relist, our only hope is if they either sell, list or merge Matra USA.

If you run out of money you are out of business and my concern is that I can't see Matra plc having enough money to meet it's expense obligations, i.e. Auditors fees, office rental and Ben Harbers retainer. Ted is correct in that they have stripped all the cash out of Matra plc and are unlikely to obtain any financial support from Matra USA.

I don't believe they will go into administration, the likely outcome is that they will be technically out of funds and somebody will come and bail them out in return for the Matra USA shareholding. Perhaps buys the shareholding for $500,000
settling the court case and any other outstanding debts.

super, when you're trying to second guess what Maxim might be planning, dont think about it in terms of us as the PI's - think about what the likes of Tricon and the other major shareholders might accept. He may not have anything to answer for to us but I absolutely guarantee he will to the other majority shareholders

So the idea of going bust or going into administration is not an option. Bear in mind he will have told the majority shareholders that Matra will relist - and that's how they will get their return.
