I would rather lose the lot- considerable lot unfortunately - than sell at that price -But I am sure many others here would jump at the offer .But Bravo for having the guts to want to put your words and belief into action .

Superted smith What did you think of my suggestion. I mean Texas is a big oil state and I'm sure that the oil companies don't like their industry having a bad reputation and that bad eggs should be brought to the fore. There must be a paper say in Dallas.

A business cannot trade while insolvent. People owed money would have to be paid and the only source of finance is the US company. My point is, do they want to keep the plc company alive or just walk away from it. The amounts outstanding could be close to £500k by now, as the audit fees average around £100k. You may have noticed we no longer have a financial director, it makes me wonder if the 2015/16 accounts will be the last.

beggar, they can continue to trade even with no cash, all they have to do is submit accounts every year. Matra USA can always loan them some funds providing they intend to keep Matra LN alive

By the way there is a rule in business, if you are out of cash you are out of business.

budget - Take a look at Sound Energy, their share price was 5p in April 2014 its now over 60p. They had a change of management like Matra but they have been totally focused on building the business and have been successful, unlike the Matra management.

I wouldn't waste your money buying any more Matra shares, if you look back at the accounts for 2014/15 they had net debt of £ 188k, since then they have held two AGM's, they have the accommodation address to pay for plus Ben Harbers retainer and they will also have to pay for the audit of the 2015/16 accounts. As Matra PLC has no income how do they propose to settle the deficit? They can either transfer funds from Matra USA inc. or put Matra plc into administration.

gilly, no he hasn't - the silence is deafening. He's busy on a new board getting involved in all sorts of litigious content

I've got the fresh readies available whenever he wants them

He hasn't confirmed that he's ever run a company before either - which is why he doesn't understand how long a fundamental change of strategy to ensure a company survives takes either

I have been in Matra for over 6 years and have a substantial stake involved. I was suspicious 3 years ago when they wanted to delist however wasn't much you could do to stop it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I went along with it as you had to they said they needed to grow the company but could'nt because of restrictions being a listed company. They also said that they hoped to relist in a year. How long does it take to do what they said they wanted to do. Well here we are 3 years down the road. I gave them that year and have sent emails since, not a peep. All you get is a 6 monthly update saying how well there doing and there adding to share holder value. What value can trade, cant get to my money. All I suggested was that some on here are trying to do something however they don't seem to be getting any on the hook. So why not try a little nearer by contacting a newspaper in a smaller/local town. Letting them know of what's going on. Local newspapers look to sell a storey or lead to a bigger national newspaper to make money. Just another way of getting a foot in the door. My apologises if my rant took you back just imagine if I was in front of these b///////

I'm new to site but not Matra. I like the idea of shaming them through the media however has anyone thought of starting with a well known financial newspaper in Texas. Asking them how do they feel about having crooked Russians making money on there door step on American soil. Just an idea you know these small city papers have contacts with the bigger newspapers.
