Tackhems yes I'm confident here...look we have come out the other side of a very difficult 18 months for oilers but price seems to have stabilised and we continue to drill so all looks good

If we are not on a stock market then the price 1.025 does not exist as it stands our shares are worth zero until we re-list

November will be 3 years since this traded on AIM.They seemingly have got away with it .There is no plan to relist the only plan they ever had from beginning was to delist and milk it dry

Picking through the bones of this yet again....it's all over isn't it? Too much time without any response to what must be thousands of reasonable questions from law abiding investors. Hands up all those who think we are well and truly sold down the river? I bet it's a lot more than those who still think we might recover a vestige of our money at some stage. A lot more.

I've been doing some swatting on US law, whilst it is quite acceptable to hold a jury trial for a civil matter it is unusual because of the legal complexities of such cases. The usual practice is for both parties to be heard by a judge.

In normal circumstances, I would say they are seeking an out of court settlement but Matra plc has no funds to settle with.

One question is, how is Matra plc going to pay for their legal representation to defend the case?

Why would Matra plc make three payments to Mobius if they were not providing a service? The service may have been provided to Matra USA but the invoicee was Matra plc. The payments were ended after 30th June 2015.

The court case is a farce and nothing to be concerned about - why would a Houston based services company try to sue Matra plc when they're contract would have been with Matra USA? Its nonsense.

If Mobius win their case and they are suing for $210,000 plus costs, the only asset Matra plc has to compensate them with is the shareholding in Matra USA. If that goes there is no point in keeping Matra plc going.

I think you will find that MB/Alltech have recouped their original investment over recent years. Tricon I don't know about.

Just to be clear, are we suggesting that MB and other larger investors would be willing to lose all their original investment money to screw the smaller investors?

It's all down to the court case, if the ruling goes against the plc company and is enforceable, then they should wrap this up pretty quickly.

There can't be any money left in the plc company to pay expenses. They won't be transferring money from the USA company to the plc company.
