Did anybody go to the annual meeting - a brief outline of what the directors said and direction would be great - either on this bill board or direct to my email. Thanks in advance.

No one knocking the directors now, are they. All systems go, I think they said they had a target of £1 a share some time ago.

Echo (Alexa) is a great great product, and I'm the IOT business too. It will pull though sales for LightwaveRF for sure. More importantly it, and Google Home will be putting huge pressure on Apple to deliver on Homekit.

Apple have made a bit of a mess of Homekit so far and if I were them I'd be looking for an exclusive with a IOT supplier, and that will cost them dearly in some way. That can only be good for LightwaveRF, and our shares. I can only see LightwaveRF in a position to supply a full and comprehensive product range to Apple in the UK. Lightwave need to use this money to put in the people to deliver this new product range as soon as possible.

Bapodra 50p is an extremely conservative price target for the year. When the Apple news is released if you blink you will miss 50p.
Very few people have caught on to the fact that LWRF now have over 2 million in the bank and a lowly market cap of under 6 million.
If you look at the prospects of the company and the overall perception of the IOT space you will realise they have never been better placed.

It will be a very exciting year for LightwaveRF.
With the new shares in issue the market cap is 5.6 million and with over 2 million in cash the price now has a significant chance of being many times higher during 2017.
This is surely the best value the stock has been in the companies history.

LWRF is the best smart home skill on Alexa and the most wide ranging for devices. It has a 4.5 star rating.

A cheque for *all* money, entitled and excess has to be sent to the registrar. What isn't used is refunded after the allocation.

whoppy - maybe larger holders have had their excess applications reduced - there might well be a cut off point that favours smaller stakeholders.

I was entitled to 8000 shares which I took and applied for 2000 excess. My broker has taken money out of my account for 10,000 shares.

Sizeable buy in the market which suggests that someone could not get hold of all they wanted in the offer.

I expect they will make an announcement very soon about it all. Then all is needed is the Homekit news and maybe another deal or two, and this will be alight imo.
