Has anyone any idea what Yellow Jersey have or are doing for Lightwaverf since being appointed, as the share price continues to decline? To be fair to Yellow Jersey have they been provided with any material from LWRF that gives them anything to work with, as it seems from the lack of news from the company, they have failed to attract any new large contracts or orders, and are sitting n their hands waiting for Homekit to deliver what they have not been able too, it would appear. When they raised the new funds at 13p one would have though there was more substance behind the large backers putting up more money.

Bearing in mind the options are at the same price as the last rights issue that was open to all stakeholders, it is a very fair award. Hopefully they can profit sooner rather than later, and they may well be aware that they might.

I'm delighted to see the high exercise price for the grant of the warrents announced this morning. Too many companies would see the current share price as an opportunity to feather their nests via low priced options.

At least the granted options price is subject to certain targets being reached, which is still above the price that money was raised when Barry Gamble also had a wack that I seem to recall were also on the 80p basis - he then when onto buy in the market at above the issue price. Maybe they will now start putting their hands in their pockets once again.

That video was pretty good and really was informative imo. Pity Homekit is so long coming but as you say being able to use your Apple Watch as shown on the video is pretty snazzy. Great plug for LWRF just needs to be viewed loads of times now.

Wake up Nar1 - Doubt if you will miss it though if you do not, as it is all a bit like the website = Coming Soon, which in Lightwaverf terms could be months or even years.

Trakm8 interims
Trakm8 released their interims this morning and the share price has currently taken a 30% hit. I'm not sure what investors were expecting, (THEY WERE EXPECTING THE COMPANY TO TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT ORDERS - ELRIC EDIT) but in my view, it's the usual wild over-reaction by myopic investors looking for short term gains. Trakm8 has a fantastic opportunity to exploit in the telematics industry, and has clearly gone for that opportunity in a big way with a very large spend on engineering capacity, alongside sales and marketing resource. We'll be able to judge in the medium to long term. In the short term, although revenues continue to grow, (REALLY - WHAT ABOUT CASH FLOW, OPERATING PROFIT AND NET NEBT BALLOONING - ELRIC EDIT)profitability will suffer a little. I'm happy with that. As I said in a recent blog :- (HOW LONG HAS TRAKM8 BEEN GOING? THIS SHOULD BE A MATURE BUSINESS NOW - ELRIC EDIT).

hxxp://michae1mouse.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/still-on-trak-week-on-monday.html

"My view is that with a long term view, the company is hugely undervalued. I'm not particularly bothered whether or not they hit expectations this year, as long as they keep growing that order book."

I'm not going to do a forensic analysis of the results:-

but as usual you should DYOR.

For me, the clear risk going forward is can they turn the increased engineering, sales and marketing spend into the proportionate eventual increases in revenues and profitability, and will their expansion into China and the US bear fruit?

However, in my previous blog I wrote this:-

"With a medium/long view on Trakm8, I'm looking for £10-£20. (WOW NO RAMP INTENDED FOLKS - ELRIC EDIT)In the short term, at the current lowly valuation, they are possibly vulnerable to a bid at around £5. " (MINE IS NEARER 60P - WHY THE 4X PREMIUM ARE YOU MAD?)

Personally, I think they'd have been remiss not to go for the opportunity in the telematics arena with their market leading solutions, and I see no reason to change the targets stated above, as things stand at the moment.

I am in the advantageous position in that I bought my holding in Trakm8 when the share price was in the teens, and I accept that some investors may have bought recently and are sitting on paper losses. (EVER HEARD OF A STOP LOSS!! ELRIC EDIT)

END...well not quite, some other nonsense about what if's and why for's.

What Michalemouse failed to mention to his huge audience and what really matters, was what is behind the fall from grace of 385p to 107p? And what was Michaelmouses price target? Oh wow!!

Allow me to explain;

TRAKM8 stated in september that its order book had increased by 37% on the same period from last year. Sound good, right! Erh...no, it is cooking and michalemouse missed it.

What was glaring obvious even for me, a non trained accountant and was bloody shyt at mathes as school;

Operating profit was down 72%
Operating cash flow down 90%
and net debt has ballooned to £4.4 m, double the previous year.
And the best bit for me...TRAKM8 was expected full year operating profits to match last year’s, when it made £3.9m....wait for it....try £600k that is a whopping £3.3m miss!!

I previously told michalemouse the company was attempting to grow by buying competitors because it had ran out of steam, thus could not be called a growth company by the true sense of the meaning.

Michaelmouse is keen to cook up all manner of accounting smoke and mirrors when it comes to OPTI, yet he failed to use the same accounting skills (chuckle) when running the rule over his precious TRAKM8.

Add to the two previously mentioned frauds he also ploughed his money into, I ask you, can we really take this blaggard seriously!!

Sometimes it is not a case of being wise or foolish, it can be a case of either needing the funds or maybe balancing the books because of profits elsewhere to avoid tax liabilities, or taking the risk of buying back in at a lower price, and getting more for your buck.

All depends on where you think it may go and coupled with forecast revenue. With hindsight it may be better to take a small haircut now rather than a much larger one later BUT sometimes a multibagger is chucked out - (as many of us know to our cost both ways) RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH of both product and managment is the key !!

As I write a small number of sales below the right price are going through - Only time will tell if they are wise or foolish !!

The directors that did not have rights also took part, they could have waited and bought in the market to provide the support you talk about whoppy.

21.11.16 RNS:
"The purpose of the Conditional Subscription is to allow Directors Kevin Edwards and Tom Sykes, who do not currently own shares and therefore will not be able to participate in the Open Offer, to subscribe for shares at the same price as the new investors."

Mind you, as you say it would show they mean business by digging deep.

Of course they would take up their rights. Couldn't really do a rights issue if they didn't participate in their own scheme. The point is they should buy in the open market to send a message that they back themselves.

whoppy, bear in mind that several purchased a considerable amount recently along with the rights issue, so I think it is a bit unfair to think they should be supporting the share price further at this time. What they need to be doing is announcing large sales orders and contracts, in addition to new products and partnerships etc.

Director buys n the open market would be the least management could do. That's if they back themselves. Maybe they don't have confidence.

First sale at below rights issue price gone through the market a short time ago, I noticed. Someone board of waiting for better news or had enough of waiting and wishing I guess, maybe just needed the cash on the other hand. How long before one can buy them below the last rights price?

I have not dug around much but maybe the new 'PR' guys have run some comps with downloads and a rating as part of the condition of entry or via one of the blogs? With the low volume of ratings an easy target for some smart marketing to get a move up in ratings which is obviously key, no one would buy and download a app under 3 and debatable under 4. If they have done something to trigger it then I think that's a smart move with probably minimal cost, would be interested to understand install numbers in Jan. I would presume that an install would mean someone has bought the product unless there has been some marketing play somehow. Either way we may have some good Jan product sales or the PR lot might be quite creative. Hoping for the first. Be also interesting to see if they revamp the store descriptions in Goog and Apple Store as may mean a bit of shift to online rather than ads in papers and pushing via resellers.I'm a tech and online investor mainly so may be reading way more into it than there actually is on the app side of things
