14/11/2016 09:16 | Daily Mail just showed a share price graph and a note about the Amazon compatibility however this may have brought the company to investors attention. Hoever looking at level 2 it seems to me a that there may be another reason for the rise , maybe some news about to be released. | loobrush
14/11/2016 09:05 | Maybe it is just the tonic of knowing an "Apple a day is not far away" - once a bite of it comes it might easily double in a day I guess. | clocktower
14/11/2016 08:47 | Anyone know what it said? | whoppy
14/11/2016 08:45 | Buys today the result of the daily mail article? | jmf69
11/11/2016 17:34 | So what did they have to say loobrush? | clocktower
11/11/2016 17:12 | Well well, Lightwave featured on business page of Daily Mail today-fame at last. | loobrush
11/11/2016 12:28 | At least a few buyers have returned to have punt in the hope of any funding being at a favourable level that has little effect and avoids any further dilution for those that have decent sized holdings, Nar1. | clocktower
11/11/2016 11:00 | Rather have the share price alight firing upwards | nar1
10/11/2016 13:11 | At least the latest news has brought the thread alight, same might follow with the share price before long. | clocktower
10/11/2016 13:03 | Fingers crossed. | nar1
10/11/2016 13:01 | lse post launch of Amazon compatabilityToday 13:00rns--- Since the UK launch of Amazon Echo and Alexa in late September 2016, LightwaveRF has been working closely with Amazon to achieve voice control of the full LightwaveRF product range. This has been achieved and launched to the LightwaveRF user base today. Commenting, John Shermer, Founder and CTO said: "We now have a powerful cloud platform that we can easily link with other major connected home brands. The combination of Alexa voice control and LightwaveRF massively improves the user experience for both Amazon Echo and LightwaveRF customers." Lightwave are also expecting Apple approval shortly which will make their products compatible with all the other majors. Lightwave shares are at a low point at the moment and now could be the time they have reached a turning point with order book up over a couple of months and they are now available in more outlets. The next few months could well see the shares move a lot higher once they recive Apple approval. | loobrush
10/11/2016 12:30 | Thanks for the link. So it is just a matter of waiting for Apple it seems. I expect some very large orders will follow once confirmed. Tempted to buy a few with this news but still holding off because of possible funding issues with any large new orders that one would expect to come. | clocktower
10/11/2016 12:13 | Homekit formally submitted and waiting for approval by apple according to lightwave rf twitter page. | minione_pm
10/11/2016 11:13 | JMF69 - I expect, I like others are only hesitating pushing the buy button due to the possibility of fund raising but hoping the share price does not run away to fast if they pull something from the hat. Still there will be sellers and openings even if they do and the share price bounces to around 20p - it will have a long way further than that to go once the issues are sorted and clear imo. | clocktower
10/11/2016 11:02 | You'll be lucky | jmf69
10/11/2016 10:57 | It seems that recent RNS are design to push up the share price without much success, however the last funding was at 12.75p which was around mid price at that time I seem to recall, so it would not surprise to see any further funding to be at or around mid-price or even above if they have news about Apple to show a large prospective inside buyer. | clocktower
10/11/2016 10:05 | Amazon UK may, but There are about 150 Alexa "skills". It's real easy to do, maybe a week. Not years of approval like Apple. Echo is a really nice product, it doesn't need much promotion. I would think they can't make them fast enough. It's a case of LW being left out if they didn't support it. Some people are pointing to Echo and Google home killing Homekit before it's even been fully launched. What I think it will do is focus Apple UK on getting traction very soon in the UK and there are very few companies placed with products to help them do that. People that have followed LW for a long time will have the experience to fully appreciate your comments, MM. | sinkyj
10/11/2016 08:50 | I hope Amazon are going to promote the Lightwave products and functionality, otherwise what's the point? I doubt Alexa/Echo users will know or heard of LightwaveRF. And of course Amazon have a bigger marketing budget and reach. | whoppy
10/11/2016 07:44 | JMF69 - I haven't kept up to date recently, but the order book didn't look that impressive to me at around £1m. From memory, I seem to think that their order book was around £1.6m+ when they were very briefly profitable a couple of years ago? Cash always seems to be tight. I might be wrong and I'm happy to be corrected. | michaelmouse
10/11/2016 07:33 | Probably have to agree with you MM | jmf69
10/11/2016 07:20 | "Alexa, tell me when the next LightwaveRF fundraise is coming" Alexa - "The next LightwaveRF fundraise is due shortly at below 10p" "Thanks Alexa" ;) Couldn't resist sorry. Good luck. | michaelmouse
10/11/2016 07:14 | Alexa is official | jmf69
09/11/2016 15:52 | Exciting times just around the corner it seems, roll on Apple. | clocktower |
