Trade at 0.48p was a buy not a sale and there is a 500k+ buy on Isdx at 0.515p not long ago.

The tax relief rns is excellent news.
It means there is a potential venture capitalist purchaser hovering.

There could be a large share issue announced following next weeks agm, but the underlying likelihood is that an investor is waiting in the wings.

At current share price there would need to be a share issue of 600 million to raise 3 million pounds. But it would mean the FEED process can press ahead.

Advance assurance received from HM Revenue and Customs for Venture Capital Trust Scheme and Enterprise Investment Scheme status

The Board of InfraStrata plc (AIM:INFA), the independent gas storage company, is pleased to announce that it has received advance assurance from HM Revenue and Customs that it would qualify for Venture Capital Trust Scheme ("VCT") and Enterprise Investment Scheme ("EIS") status.

VCT and EIS qualification provides a range of tax reliefs to certain investors in new shares of companies that meet the various qualifying criteria. Assurance has been provided by HM Revenue and Customs on the basis of the legislation enacted at the date of issue of the assurance.

Commenting on the assurance, Anita Gardiner, InfraStrata's Joint Managing Director, said: "We are pleased to have received the advance assurance from HM Revenue and Customs. Qualifying for VCT and EIS status enables InfraStrata to access a broader range of potential investors and investment funds, assisting our previously stated plans to raise further finance for the Islandmagee gas storage project".

The Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and Insitu Downhole Testing programme for the Islandmagee gas storage project is co-financed by the European Union's Connecting Europe Facility.

This is going nowhere for several months while the Business works out how to entice other Parties into developing the Vision and who those Parties might be.

It's precisely what the Company is informing all Shareholders they want/need to do via the Comms we've all received. You're clearly not a Shareholder, otherwise you would know ! FILTERED

I do agree in principle that that is what they would try to do but they would need to more than treble the shares in issue and it would require a 75% share vote to approve that.

The Company is doing a Share consolidation exercise next to be able to issue Shares in a Fund Raise at above the current 1p/share value. Sounds like they're confident that they can raise the £3m needed in the short term for the coming year...

So the idea is that some other Company (Baron) that we are not invested in, gets to move forward with the Vision and we'll all be LOOSERS !!
