That FB post looks like a load of old nonsense and appears to be legally incorrect, e.g. "The Pre-Action Letter confirms that the Council have acted unlawfully....]"... hmmm?... so not the "Letter Before Action" but a subsequent and differently named "Pre-Action Letter" ???... suggesting the Protocol for Judicial Review is not necessarily being followed precisely. Then, use of the word "confirms"... hmmm?... suspect that should have read "claims", as only a formal Review, as per the Protocol, could actually confirm anything (or not). Sounds very much like a handful of Amateurs making a stand, with limited knowledge or legal know-who... and hopefully destined to fail.
Good Luck to them, regardless.

Don't you understand? A Letter Before Action has been issued to Mid and East Antrim Council. This FB page is simply reporting the event. But don't take my word for it. Just wait until 29th March.

Not just Woodland folk. This affects over 130,000 people in NI including Belfast because the well is in a major drinking water catchment.

What sort of set back is the woodland folk.??
Still can't see them stopping oil exploration.
Every country wants natural resources on its door step???;-)
Horse Hill had a few not happy but that went through to drilling.

The waste management plan for Woodburn Forest-1 were approved yesterday evening. This should now allow the drill to be set up and for drilling itself commencing in April.

How do you monetise something that hasn't been constructed yet?

My lack of knowledge here will mean I'll miss out if there is something of substance to this 'monetisation'.

I can only think they are asking around for the other half of the money to build the storage and in return let them store gas at nil or a reduced rate?

I looked at this when it was around 100p and didn't think anything much had happened back then.

Does anybody know what exactly the Company has to "monetise" ?
Are there any real, tangible Assets that can be sold and if so, is there a well recorded valuation of such Assets ?
If the Company has only ever conducting Studies and a bit of exploration and investigation, is there any real substance to it, or have people simply paid themselves to stroll around looking at things, probing things and producing lots of documentation laying claim to this, that and the other ?

I find the term "monetise" when the Company doesn't appear to own anything of any value a little troublesome.... or does the Company mean it intends to earn Income from investment of 3rd Parties in the proposed Project's development ?
If that's the real intention, then is there a documented Business Plan that clearly outlines what work INFA will do for/with 3rd Parties as development(s) proceed and what the likely Revenue Stream(s) may be ???

Job done.

Prove up island Magee.
Raise enough money at low share price so that those important people can get their stack of shares at the right price
Do the deal to get free carry on drill
Sort out eu funding
Favoured few collecting shares through open market.

Complete talks then all sold on for a very healthy profit..

Wonder if company watch will move them up now.
Excellent update today with up to 4million + of euros on offer. This project will ensure that Northern Ireland will eventually have 60 days of gas supply security. It will go ahead and it will be interesting to see how Infa play it although a sell off is the most beneficial to pi s.
Meeting this week to sort out the recent money raise and then news on drill makes this a great time to be invested and once everyone is on board we should see it moving north.

It's clear from watching the trading and the share price movements that someone is building up a healthy stake here.As per rns Infa have been in talks with interested parties in relation to the island Magee salt cavern project .Everything needed to be done to prove up this project has been done and the EU will support it .It is of high importance and if the well soon to be drilled finds any gas it will compliment the project .Monetisation could mean a few things but selling our stake is my understanding.Infa have already spent close to ten years on this and another 5 years to get the cavern project to a conclusion and storing gas will in my view will not be in Infa,s plan.Prove it up and sell it.

InfrastrataInfrastrata, which received one licence under the 14th round, got an H-Score of 1 out of a possible 100 in the Company Watch analysis. The lowest possible score is zero.Company Watch said Infrastrata had also been in the Warning Area since 2012.The company was formerly known as Portland Gas plc and demerged from Egdon Resources in 2008, when it was first listed on AIM.It was awarded two licences in the 14th round: SZ07 and SZ08c on the edge of Swanage in Dorset. Both are for conventional oil and gas exploration. We invited Infrastrata to comment. Its spokesperson said he was very busy but would try to get back to us. We'll
