In your opinion, though all I see is you repeatedly reposting the same link, I don't know what you hope to achieve by this.I think posters on here and LSE are deliberately trying to misdirect investors and create distractions away from the principle issues here, that being that the current board have not delivered, continue to dilute, and have IMO shown disregard to shareholders.Vote for change.

I do, I want anybody else invested or interested in investing to understand that despite the long standing decline and lack of real Project development, the disruptive Chancers attempting to takeover the running of the Business with only a 5% shareholding between them is not the answer AND the timing is deliberately distabling, IMO.

See......

This is the only acceptable response to these CHANCERS

If you have to ask that question...You clearly have an agenda here, that much is obvious. Change is coming.

What is all that about above ? What Company is it referring to ? Who are the Posters ? Why are you asking me something about a BB/Website I don't use ?

I don't understand why you are getting so aggressive dear. From LSE :"Rumbled. Check T0ffee's history folks "My husband is a CEO of an aim listed company O & G so I bounce ideas of him and he is a geologist so knows when it's worth investing in something. Good luck to everyone onboard or thinking about jumping on and also thank you to those posts that have been invaluable over the years SD77 especially. I am way excited about been back in and happy to wait again............." I think our CEO's Mrs may have been using his account without his knowing... whoops. Awkward."Own goal there Dr Hindle. Oops. Now why would you go and do that? Harry Potter is that you?

"it doesn't look good from either perspective right now"Disagree. Perhaps you should stick to the blue chips?

Don't be daft... disgruntled PI with "everything" to lose (not much though in all honesty) who prefers stability and a final push over the finish line by longer-term Leadership to unknown entities with unknown plans scuppering the current Plan at a very critical moment

We now know a little more... it doesn't look good from either perspective right now. I still maintain there is a 1 in 3 chance of a good outcome and a 2 in 3 chance of a very bad outcome... imminently

If the EGM fails to present an actual Plan of some detail from the Wannabees, then the only Plan for the Business is the current Plan !!
ARP & GW simply declaring "we have a Strategy" doesn't cut it... this Business has always had a Strategy that in theory is viable and should be attractive from to Investors from a number of perspectives. This Business has also had a clear & detailed Plan, a little of which is/has been revisited very recently, all of which is clearly communicated.
If the Wannabees fail to present a viable, detailed Plan of their own, then they don't deserve anybody's backing, as they will then simply be nothing more than disgruntled Investors like alot of us who've been here far too long already.

"Keeping the share price low..Is what the BOD wanted the RNS to do. Probably have wind of an offer coming IMO and need the share price low so it seems more attractive to us shareholders. I'm not falling for it. Scare tactics for us to accept a below expected true market value....all IMO. Hope AP & GW get things moving quick"

Just a quick look at the shareholder value destruction here, I reckon many will vote for change.

Jan 2014 we were at 14p and it's been a steady but sure Downhill Racer all the way, ever since.

We could be looking at a fast gear reverse on that, simply by virtue of the GM now to be held, although it could take just over 6 wks for the GM event to take place.

That may be longer than many had hoped for, although it's a good stretch for some early price appreciation .... in anticipation of a change for the good. Let's hope so

We need to wait to see what the BOD has to say and what the proposed board have to say. Then we can make a decision.

Funding for the FEED stage and then commercialisation is most important. Can either the current BOD or proposed BOD deliver.

Lets wait and see.

I have AND you know I have... are you one of them C-W-O ??????

I do feel for the one Chap who appears to have invested quite alot of his own Savings via a SIPP in order to acquire > 3% of the issued Shares... stands to lose the lot if the Business fails to secure the remaining Project funding and folds by the Autumn... that isn't a pleasant prospect at all... but doesn't make that individual a wise, experienced, connected choice to lead a Business of this nature by ousting the longer-term Directors who have dragged the Business to this stage for so long... does it ??

NOT FOR ME... DOESN'T GET MY VOTE... STRIKES ME AS A CHANCER DESPERATE TO PROTECT A POOR INVESTMENT DECISION.
