This report on HOC will affect the share price for a long time. It is already appearing on Google searches. The truth is that no report at any time reveals the future. My belief is that govrnments must resort to inflationary devaluation of their currencies to pay massive debts. Also the geopoltically fragile state of the world means that gold and silver will be a safe haven. HOC is a well-run company and produces gold and silver at profitable levels.

More paper to get dumped to smack PM's down/increase in value of dollar?

I'm staying in and if it falls to 2.10, I'll buy more.

That is what they did: reversed, by intent or accident, the dollar -pound exchange rate effect.

I skimmed your link to simply Wall St. I was not encouraged by :



Value = Total value / Shares Outstanding ($1,302.71 / 508.53)

Value per share (USD): $2.56

Exchange rate USD /GBP = 0.821

Value per share (GBP): $ 2.1

The cashflows are also massively affected by HOC's improving AICs; by the forecast prices of Au and Ag; by any ramp-up in production; and by the USD/GBP exhange rate.

If the analyst confuses $ and £, what chance of getting the other factors even in the ballpark ?

To finish off with if we compare the intrinsic value of $2.1 to the current share price of £2.56 we find Hochschild Mining (LSE:HOC) is slightly overpriced and not available at a discount at this time.

You don't need to type in "hxxp" instead of "http" to avoid ADVFN's filtering of links posted by non-blues...simply change any of the letters to a capital, as CC has done in the last post, and then the link works without alteration.

Maybe the plan is to herd the middle east into Europe causing lots of resentment with local people and then have a go at Putin. I hear parts of Paris are a No Go area for police over immigrants.That would get rid of a lot of people all nicely concentrated in Europe.
