Morning all HER closet lurkers!

Bby.. that may make sense, as Lind are the no. Shareholder and gave them the 50k recently.

For sure with long term funding in place these will attract more investors, I see the share price up to between 0.4p - 1p, a considerable uplift to where we are now at around 0.11/0.12p. GLA

Rumours about that a substantial funding deal is being finalised with Lind Partners & Shining Capital Management (based in HK), if this goes through it will transform the Company and we are likely to see the share price much higher, than current levels.


The directors of the AIM-traded firm said they remained in discussions with major shareholders to provide further funds to meet Herencia's working capital needs and to progress the development of the Picachos copper project.

The loan is relatively small but why would they throw any money away unless there was a real prospect of a future for HER? I view the loan as a small vote of confidence in the newish BoD.

I heard in Asia that Chinese investors are looking to get in, it makes sense why the price has held up well, strategically it makes a lot of sense, direct shipping across the Pacific. I think this will be big.

No 412069 still out but happy with my ftse & Dow shorts which are going well as the markets tip over following a big slide in oil, has the correction started?

These are holding up very well, no sign of any panic sellers about.

Arab, no idea what you are talking about, sounds like you are bitter for not getting into HER.

Lind must be chuffed,they've already made 7 times their money on that 60 grand loan.....and when they do the long term funding (on maybe not dissimilar terms)they'll be even happier.Having sold out about a year ago,I'm irritated to see the old dog twitching with life.I wish you all luck,anyone who makes money in Herencia has earned it,a fearfully badly managed company.Once the long term funding is done,I presume with warrants etc ,Lind will hold well over 50% of the equity.For all intense and purposes,Lind are taking Herencia over.I presume they'll try to pass the parcel to some eager mining beavers when the climate is right.Anyway,if our Graeme is shunted permanently into the outback,the sheer relief might push the stock still yet higher!

Got to be honest agree 100% with the comments.

Been buying since last November.

Spoke to their lovely IR lady last week.

DD is still ongoing on deals for the Engie asset and also the companies own projects.

AC whose a driven man with a superb CV is putting a substantial amount of his own time into the process and is 100% focused on bringing an asset to HNL.

Tks I got HNL on my watch list, will buy some later as got to go out for some meetings. I ha e also been quietly accummulating CYAN, it should be a lot higher, as starting to win quite a few contracts. Also in FITB, way off being in profit yet but expecting good returns over time.

These are holding pretty well, only blot is markets are starting to correct, with oil collapsing, still, I started shorting Dow & ftse a week ago or so to hedge against some holdings.
