21/4/2017 15:51 | Those in the "know" have bought the dips. | ny boy
21/4/2017 12:53 | steeplejackGot about £20K invested here at an approximate average of 0.1p. I am going to hold and sit it out and hope for the best. | canny lass
21/4/2017 11:32 | Reckon share placing at low price but deal done. Watch for the sharp drop | letmepass
21/4/2017 09:45 | Taking it private is probably the last resort.Afterall,if they did that Lind wouldn't have the option of continuing the old equity drawdown trick of sucking in stock cheap and dumping it high when circumstances permit.Canny Lass.....my money would be on an after hours RNS today. | steeplejack
21/4/2017 09:01 | Like many I am certain the new team has the financial backing to take Herencia forward. The only question is to what extent will it cost private shareholders. Options can include further placings at 0.02p or taking it private. That's the gamble you take. I don't believe the recent sells are PIs running scared I believe its by those who KNOW what the outcome is. | pwhite73
21/4/2017 07:20 | I was hoping to see a 7am funding RNS. Monday will be well past the middle of the month. I hope we don't get the dreaded Friday after hours RNS. | canny lass
20/4/2017 17:52 | At the current share price, the 2 top shareholders (Lind and The Australian Special Opportunity Fund) have approximately £433k each invested in HER. Are they really going to allow that to evaporate without finding extra funding? I doubt it! The MMs are having a good time at shaking the tree and the Easter holiday period is only just over. | philgyuk
20/4/2017 12:02 | Foolish, but I have taken another punt. | canny lass
20/4/2017 10:38 | You can't be sure what's going to happen here,it's a total gamble.Just because they've got rid of Sloan and appointed new management,it doesn't the mean that the underlying business has radically changed from the one that was valued at only 0.02p some months ago.The two largest, controlling shareholders,Lind and Darius are in between a rock and a hard place. They are running losses which they'd rather not crystalise but that depends upon breathing fresh life into Herencia which ultimately means attracting fresh capital. Not speculative private punter money flipping in and out but proper long term capital from institutional sources.Lind is a lifeboat operation exercising penal, dilutive equity drawdown rights to keep Herencia alive.Darius,I would suggest,is in so deep,it might as well stick it out til the end.Whether Herencia (as represented by these two groups holding a majority stake)manage to convince someone else to gamble on getting involved here is dubious. If they succeed,I guess the price will more than double,if they fail, the price will plummet. However,I sincerely wish all holders luck. | steeplejack
20/4/2017 10:24 | fx_wizardI am still holding and hopeful that a deal will pull through. Tempted to buy more at this current SP, but that could be foolish given the current situation. | canny lass
20/4/2017 09:32 | Whats your thoughts on what will happen? | fx_wizard
20/4/2017 09:28 | Yes, the appointments would be totally pointless if there was any doubt on the cash agreement not being successful. By announcing their situation on the earlier RNS and with no new RNS release about a deal, traders are now getting cold feet and as they sell the share price drops. This isn't an ideal scenario when trying to agree a cash price for any deal. They have shot themselves in the foot. | canny lass
20/4/2017 05:14 | That did cross my mind B. Given the size and the close timing of both shapes traded. | fx_wizard
19/4/2017 20:10 | Those two trades look like a roll or transfer to be honest... | bumpa33
19/4/2017 16:10 | Get Out!! I just got back in for christ sake, and at .00078. Bargain! | mostro
19/4/2017 16:01 | Why? It's a bear trap before the long term funding news, some more getting mugged | ny boy
19/4/2017 13:46 | Ywo big trades through today on low volume, over eggs the drop ... but news is needed. My own feeling is that if the deal wasnt possible they wouldnt have appointed the new board. | fx_wizard
19/4/2017 13:28 | Agree. We are past the middle of the month, so an RNS either way is surely due this week. | canny lass |
