The old market homily is that late news is rarely good news and the slide in the price would appear to support that.

They are certainly stretching their last RNS statement with their remark about being unable to trade after the middle of April if no deals on the table. I'm not sure whether no RNS is a positive or negative outlook.

I'm inclined to think stock will be placed at 0.05p this is why it's not time to buy yet. People purchasing now are just bottom fishers. They appeared at 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09 and 0.10p.

The MMs dropped the price to 0.055p for about 15 minutes around 11.30am. Another tree shake for those with stop losses set at 0.06p. A similar pattern tomorrow I wonder.

They must be struggling for funding and every time the share price drops, the negotiating goal posts change for the worse.

I didn't know Herencia would halve but others like the outgoing directors the incoming directors the market makers the brokers the nomads Lind and Darius did. You worry about the Sun exploding and becoming a supernova DON'T. Over the next fortnight Herencia will cause far more damage to the galaxy than an exploding Sun ever could.

You won't give up will you.Well, what you going to do about the Sun becoming a supernova and exploding to destroy the Galaxy..Oh we'll be in a spacecraft exploring the universe long before then no doubt!Did you know that the Herencia would halve in a fortnight awaiting an RNS that is now ten days overdue?

Wrong again. Medical institutions across the global cooperate to detect unknown viruses that can possibly result in a pandemic and quiclky produce a vaccine. Bird flu was such an example. Astronomers and astrophysicist can detect changes in galaxies billions of light years away. No meteorite big enough to destroy the planet can be hurtling towards it and them not be aware. Socrates said things appropriate to the times he lived in. They have no relevance today.

I like your optimism.A virus could wipe out the human race tomorrow or a meteorite for that matter.

steeplejack - "he was referencing to the fact that we don't know the future.

Yes we do know the future more now than ever. So many things we can predict like the weather and to what extent an illness is going to kill you like cancer. In his days people could not predict the future at all because their was no science.

steeplejack - "We have to accept that there are influences beyond are control"

The only thing we can't control on this planet is the weather and to some extent we do influence it with global warming. Everything else we can control if we have good intent and work together.

Socrates lived in the old world of superstition and beliefs. We live in the modern world of science and reliable knowledge.

"There was no science back then just superstition and beliefs."There's quite a lot of superstition and beliefs surrounding this stock.I don't think Socrates was referring to hard facts like the earth goes found the Sun,he was referencing to the fact that we don't know the future. We have to accept that there are influences beyond are control or understanding that mould our lives. As a crude example,we are born into the world but do not know when or how we will leave that world.

Well, all the main players should be back at their desks from the Easter hols on Monday. If there is a discounted placing, the main shareholders with an interest in finding funding (Lind etc) will lose a packet if the share price plummets. So that option doesn't appear to be in their favour. Next week should be interesting.

Where to next week?. I have absolutely no idea. If I had to bet it would be on a discounted placing or an announcement they intend to leave the AIM.

Socrates lived at a time when human beings actually knew nothing so he was right. There was no science back then just superstition and beliefs.
