I got a corporate action notice today relating to a Herencia Resources capital raise.
Apparently they are looking at relisting in 2025 if they can raise the funds.

From their website:

Herencia Resources plc is ready to recommence company operations by raising GBP£300,000 to:

Participate in a 50/50 Joint Venture
For the purchase and initial exploration of 128 Hectares of highly prospective Gold Mining Leases
Located 60km southwest of Townsville, North Queensland, Australia.

1. Commencement date of Seed Capital Raise 17th June 2024

2. Closure date for commitment to Share Subscription 27th June 2024

3. Closure date for payment of funds 27th June 2024

4. Shares on Issue prior to this Capital Raise 19,821,850

5. Number of Shares being Issued 12,000,000

6. Total number of shares on issue after this capital raise 31,821,850

7. Issue share price 2.5P per Share

New accounts on companies House plus chairman's statement. Still looking to fund and relaunch as of a few weeks ago

Looking at the companies house and the reporting of the company, it seems like they have been doing nothing BUT they claim to be searching for opportunities and re-listing is also on the agenda...... Fingers crossed

Looking at the companies House they had a notice for compulsory strike off but then the companies House got enough information to suspend it....call me deluded I have a glimmer of hope that this will make a come back.

Who knows Mike?!?! I though they were due to be relisted by now?
From the limited things I've seen online, it seems emails are going unanswered... and the wait continues....

Had hoped to offload these by now.

Hi, very late to this thread but wondered if there was any advice please. I have 122,632 shares held at H&L, will they ever have a value or just junk now?

Just Corbin had a greay hope on this company and GS completely mess it up.

It could be they come back and let me know if you hear anything

There is a phone numbers on their website if you wish to contact them.

If it was now with copper moving up these company would have worth alot

Sadly stupid managements ruined it for all

I predicted all these years ago and warn people as much as i could but only few believed me.

All my posts should still be here and can be viewed

Really sad, but hay that is life
Just keep well and i hope you manage to get some of your money back

I got out with most of my money when Corbin was around
However few thousand was still left here just to taste the water.
Poor old corbin was so passionate about this stock and always giving so many top technical advice on this.
I believe he passed away 2017/18

Any old timers still here or checking this? Any update what is happening to the mine and who is taking care of it?

No, it will relaunch with a new project and massive share consolidation imho.
