10/11/2015 07:27 | Interims are out. I'm pretty pleased with them, as 20% growth to 3.91p EPS leaves HAYT in a good position to achieve 8.5p EPS forecasts. And this was achieved despite (a) normal H2 weighting, (b) adverse foreign currency movements and (c) increased investment at Luton expensed. HAYT have also today announced an "agreement signed with Ebara Corporation, a leading Japanese manufacturer of pumps for the energy, oil and gas, and general industry sectors to specifically supply Hayward Tyler's boiler circulating pumps in Japan and globally through Ebara with a number of major Engineering, Procurement and Construction groups." And the PB acquisition is expected to be "significantly earnings-enhancing". | rivaldo
09/11/2015 08:42 | Hi folks HAYT appeared in one of my ShareScope chart momentum/value/growt I have taken a position today, following some further research and in anticipation of the market liking results tomorrow! | saucepan

02/11/2015 10:14 | and which is no surprise given that Siemens would have wanted to waste as little as time as possible on a transaction which to a company of their size is relitively immaterial. All pointers suggest HAYT got a very good deal. | rogerrail
02/11/2015 07:37 | Today's RNS suggests the PB acquisition process has gone smoothly. Which is nice. | rivaldo
30/10/2015 14:33 | Been away on holiday. Nice to come back and see a rising shareprice. It looks as if £1 is a tough nut to crack atmo. Hopefully it will not be long. Looking forward to some excellent results in a couple of weeks. Current buys are at full ask so hopefully that is a good sign despite the small drop today | jeanesy2
30/10/2015 12:21 | The nuclear action has helped, but imo the rise is only just starting. I feel the re-rating is based mostly on the single-digit forward P/E, combined with the general expansion prospects - in particular the FMC partnership re their sub-sea pump systems. Remember, just one of these units sells for £1m+, and GE have already bought one. Assuming these turn into regular orders they could be a gamechanger for HAYT: "“Each of these units is worth one-million-plus, which is around three to four times the normal cost of our units, so you can do the maths,” Ewan Lloyd-Baker said in an interview with Proactive Investors." | rivaldo
30/10/2015 00:25 | Too soon to say breakout?? Looks like one to me. Once the market digests that some Chinese dosh will be going into to Hayward's coffers, this company should get rerated upwards. But if not, then the share price will slide back to its 83p ish level the company seems to be comfortable with. | naos
29/10/2015 23:08 | More new highs, and in particular almost 25,000 shares bought at 100p. Given the "strong order intake in the first two months of FY2016 of £9.8 million", the interims on 10th November will hopefully be very strong. | rivaldo
28/10/2015 11:54 | FWIW Zak Mir sees a rising channel up to 120p: Http ://www.shareprophets | rivaldo

27/10/2015 13:31 | New highs here. All buys today, and at increasing prices up to a now 96p. | rivaldo
22/10/2015 06:57 | Nice mention in today's Telegraph for HAYT as one of the beneficiaries of the Chinese investment into the UK's nuclear industry: "Companies involved in the nuclear sector supply chain such as Amec Foster Wheeler, Hayward Tyler and Centronic have all been keeping a close eye on the progress of the negotiations" | rivaldo
21/10/2015 13:00 | Consistant buying in HAYT this morning including 2 delayed buys being reported for 75K & 25K share purchases with total buys being shown so far today as 198K with minimal selling of less than 15K. Hopefully bodes well for the future! | investoree
