01/5/2015 12:27 | As previously posted, I am also out of HAYT, having sold after the trading update on 30-Mar-15, primarily due to the CEO's comment re "tightening market conditions". This was despite the generally positive commentary and numbers over the last couple of years, during which I have made very little from my core holding but done well on trading in and out at the bottom and top of its trading range. I do however find it quite bizarre that in the TS on 28-Apr-15, there was no commentary whatsover on market conditions. It seems very amateurville to mention this in RNS and then provide no follow-up a month later, instead suggesting once again that all is going wonderfully well... ...whilst at the same time the share price goes on drifting sideways. I do wonder what is really going on. All IMHO, DYOR. | shanklin
01/5/2015 12:10 | I must admit I am bit worn down with this.. It hasn't moved anywhere over the last 14 months or so despite not being expensive and decent operational progress... Should have traded it within the established range instead... Hey ho.. | sheikh al utrati
28/4/2015 13:42 | Cheers investorschampion - good to see Finncap have reiterated their forecasts and their 113p target price (as per my post 760 above). | rivaldo
28/4/2015 12:37 | Results for the year ended 31 March 2015 will be published on 23 June. (Tuesday) Trading update reaped nothing. Now we sit around until June 23rd waiting for real good news by which time Dow forecasts a drop to 17500 | petewy
28/4/2015 07:27 | Order intake for H1 2014-15 was 27.6 MM GBP...now they are saying 41.7 MM GBP for the full year...If that's right order intake in H2 has been 14.1 MM GBP which is approx. 45% less than H1...This doesnt bode very well for next year and may explain why someone expects an eps drop...Have I got this right? | brambuz80
28/4/2015 07:04 | Encouraging update! | saj3
27/4/2015 20:08 | As far as I can tell, market expectations appear to be net profit of GBP 3.3 million, with adjusted EPS of 7.35p. That makes the shares pretty cheap on a historic PE basis, but EPS seems forecast to drop to 6.6p next year. | gargoyle2
27/4/2015 19:48 | Results out in just 2 days. On the 30/03 trading update: LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering company Hayward Tyler Group PLC on Monday said it expects to meet market expectations for its financial year to the end of March following good trading in the fourth quarter, buoyed by new contract wins in China and India. The company said it has won a GBP0.6 million contract from Shanghai Boiler Works in China for the delivery of two Boiler Circulating Pumps for the 1,000 megawatt Supercritical Beijing power plant, based in the Tianjin Province in northern China. The pumps are due for delivery in November and December 2015. Hayward added it has now opened new office in Shanghai in order to better service the energy, power and chemical markets in China. The company has also secured an aftermarket order worth GBP0.5 million, with delivery due in December. Hayward Tyler said it is seeking to expand its presence in the UK nuclear new build market and said it is seeing significant interest from oil and gas customers for its subsea services. "In spite of the tightening market conditions, the group continues to make solid progress across its chosen markets, which underpins management's expectation of meeting market expectations for the full year," said Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Hayward's Chief Executive. | macarre

13/4/2015 10:12 | Forecasts remain at 7.4p EPS for the year just ended, and 8.3p EPS for this year - with 1.3p and 1.4p dividends. HAYT have only just stated they expect to meet those expectations, so hopefully we'll now see a decent rebound. | rivaldo
13/4/2015 09:07 | Oh dear, my selling out of HAYT, as posted above, could have been better timed. | shanklin |
