09/10/2016 21:52 | All these warrants being exercised are of course diluting the company, and as most (all?) of them are probably being immediately sold, are holding the share price back somewhat. The advantage though is that they are bringing amounts of money into the company which are reasonably substantial (e.g. £225k from Friday 7th October's RNS) and which may well avoid the need for a placing to top up the company's coffers. Of course eachwarrant-exercise process could be considered as a sort of mini-placing, but if we can get through to production and cashflow this side of Xmas without needing a 'significant' placing then I think we will be quite substantially higher.
