06/11/2016 15:03 | for sure the guy waiting for 1m dollars will see $80m as 'commercial' | kreature
06/11/2016 14:55 | Does anyone know for certain that "trial mining" does not constitute "commercial production"? If you are selling the product, in volume, to customers, surely that's a commercial transaction? Just my thoughts, happy for someone that knows for certain to correct me, hearsay doesn't count, it has to come directly from the company. | andy
06/11/2016 12:27 | so 80m revenue, and it's only a trial ? yep that makes sense. RV2 can sit and watch the money pour in in the hope of getting 1m in 4 years - Hopefully some clarity tomorrow | kreature
06/11/2016 12:11 | Kreature HMI have had £450,000 in cash from their warrants since the end of June. And there are 11.9m warrants outstanding which are worth £1m, and I reckon that, out of those the Edwards family have scooped up 10m, but this remains to be seen. | janestone
06/11/2016 12:05 | Barnsey, exactly! Very similar post on lse!! | rogerny
06/11/2016 11:57 | Lets be clear on this and get our facts right, trial mining does not constitute commercial production so the $1m does not require paying and remember the trial mining licence is for four years. Please note four years at 20m profit = 80m so we should be in a position to pay the 1m so please give it a rest your wasting your time. | barnsey
06/11/2016 11:07 | ypy. thanks for that. I like the fact that they are open about the possibility of other projects (that might need funding?). BM asked rather directly about funding at 1:00 | kreature
06/11/2016 10:33 | The fact that shorts are out in numbers says it all for me! Stick to the facts! | fission453
06/11/2016 10:21 | kreature, you want to short so go ahead punk, my our day! I like to see both sides of the coin but constant drivel from likes of your self does not garnish me with anything! This company is going places and lets see what meat with get on the RNS! | fission453
06/11/2016 10:10 | ypy - feel free to correct.... net loss last year was $2.8m , divided by 12 is around $233k p/m cash at 30th June 2016 was around $2.7m less July, Aug, Sept, Oct & Nov at possibly around $200k p/m ? (i.e. $1m ) less the $1m to be paid on commencement of the project = probably less than 6 months cash by end of Nov Probably more cash than I thought..... but with possibly less than 6 months cash and with all the promotion, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Placing, around about nowish. | kreature
06/11/2016 08:31 | Oh okay found it RNS Sept 2016 " A total payment of US$1,000,000 at the commencement of commercial production" So is that $1m to pay, perhaps leaving $800k in the bank (£640k) ? | kreature
06/11/2016 08:23 | Only 23hrs til we find out | mr roper
06/11/2016 00:10 | "we're cash & profit generative within two weeks" ieh fan - there are no offtake agreements yet, so I think that you're mistaken to make such a statement of fact. ATB ypy (1193) "When they start commercial production they also need to pay US$1,000,000 for Arapua rights." Wasn't that paid already? Current Liabilities have fallen from 1m to only 95k (30th June 2016) Perhaps someone would clarify the current monthly cash burn. Is it more like 200k p/m ? In which case they would probably have more like 1.8m in the bank today? | kreature
05/11/2016 22:07 | Hi Charles, sorry for late reply bonfire night just back in. Just trying to be helpfull in a small way, any genuine shareholder would do the same.We are all here for the same reason so bring on monday the shareprice will look after itself over time if HMI deliver there vision for the company and who would bet against that, not me as staying in for the growth and dividend in time. | barnsey
05/11/2016 21:52 | Kreature: I listened to the whole podcast. Yes, they might look to acquire but we're cash & profit generative within two weeks and that cash flow will appeal to lenders. Should I believe some negative no-mark on ADVFN or the CEO who has publicly stated numerous times that a placing is not required? Hmm. Toughie. | ieh fan
05/11/2016 18:35 | barnsey you're a star thanks a million for the heads up. I will sleep very soundly tonight and Sunday! Edifying to know this company is working for its shareholders! Chartwise, next week could see the breakout from a very long bullish flag.that should take the price to 35p | charles clore
05/11/2016 16:14 | yp, Would that be London Stock Exchange or London South East website re rules?. | barnsey |
